Staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to ensure our needs were met, especially Angie in the dining area and everyone who checked us in at the front desk.
The only thing I wish they had was a business center. I needed to print some documents and could not do so.

Location, staff, and clean
Parking was a little pricey, ac in room couldn’t really be adjusted but I travel with a fan, so it was okay. My only recommendation is maybe a little side table in the bathroom, shelves were too shallow, full, and angled for belongings. Not really complaining…I loved the property.

Location was spot on for the game.
I couldn’t use my keyless option on the elevator. There were others with the same problem.

Location
- AC didn’t work for 75% of the stay
- front desk did not answer the phone, I called multiple time
- our tv didn’t work for the first night
- breakfast is chaotic and poorly run
- no complementary coffee
