The room was spacious and quite beautiful. We even had a corner window. Bed was comfortable.
There are signs of cutting corners that could easily make it feel like they were attentive to our needs. Two bottles of water were in the room, but they cost $4 each, if you weren't a member. Come on! They're fifty cent bottles of water. Just give them to us as a perk. There were only two cardboard cups for coffee/tea - then you had to use them to brush your teeth, too. Four cups is too much to ask?! And how about two comfortable chairs instead of one? Plenty of room. It doesn't take much to make sure the little details are welcoming, so the (expensive) room does feel chintzy.

The room was very cold and the thermostat wasn't working. It required a visit from the maintenance staff who had to open up the vent in the wall to fix it. Also, I booked a room with 2 queens bed and was told I was being upgraded to a room with a king bed and sofa sleeper in the corner wing; I had to call for linen for the sofa sleeper. Also, no microwave was available. The sink also was problematic where a pool of water gathered near the faucet and had to keep a towel there to soak up the water.
