The property was very clean, staff was awesome and the food inside was excellent. Rooms were clean and updated very tastefully. Centrally located with a lot to do around.

The view was amazing and the location was awesome & very convenient. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and nice. The valet parking was wonderful & convenient as well.
We arrived late for check-in due to reservations at other establishments and the room wasn't ready for check-in after 3 hrs. The heat was working in the room(North Tower) and we had to relocate to another room in the South Tower at 1am....it was very tiresome. The food(breakfast) we ordered from the restuarant was delivered late & was very cold.

Great location and clean.
1. My car was driven I. The road and when I asked why I was told that it was in the north/south valet and I was picking it up from the opposite. My car should not have been driven outside of the hotel parking at all.
2. We were not given any breakfast information at check in so we were very surprised to find out we could not order room service breakfast unless we had pre ordered it!!!
