My family and I loved spending Christmas in this spacious flat with room for everyone! The property is very well- equipped with everything you need for a perfect Roman holiday. The hosts even supplied us with a homemade Panettone for Christmas. We were a family of two adults, two teens plus grandpa - and everyone had plenty of space to spread out and central gathering places to be together. We were within walking distance to everything Rome has to offer and even though it’s a very busy street outside, the flat and whole building (with an elevator, which was important for grandpa) is quiet and relaxing. The only thing that could be improved is the internet/wi-fi coverage in some rooms- hard to get a signal in a couple bedrooms. Other than that, our stay was perfect and the hosts Karina and Brian, were extremely helpful and responsive even over the holidays! Don’t hesitate- book this flat!!

I’ll start with the positives because overall we did enjoy the house. We stayed there with another family and the flat felt quite spacious. The location truly cannot be beat and we found the neighborhood to be charming and discovered our favorite coffee shops and bars within a day. The negatives really were the beds and the noise. The other reviews glossed over how truly noisy the front two bedroom are. Not only are the rooms noisy 24/7 but if you are suffering from jet lag they are also incredibly bright. City lights and early morning lights. I really was unable to sleep during our stay. Secondly, the beds are cheap mattress and hard as rocks. The size descriptions were also not accurate. The house consists of three twins, two queens and a full. So if you are expecting a house full of queens - you will be disappointed. The last thing, and perhaps this is common with rental houses, we needed towel refresh, which were were charged extra for and when we were out of toilet paper, we were told to buy our own. I gave this house three stars because for the price, everything included was the absolute bare minimum and the listing was misleading on the bed size situation and the noise level.

This apartment was situated amazingly well for sightseeing or shopping! One block to Trevi Fountain, 2 blocks to Via del Corso, about 6 blocks to Spanish Steps or the Victor Emanuel monument and we even walked to Trastevere and the Vatican. Local eateries abounded and a taxi stand is right across the street. The apartment was quirky, however, with two very noisy bedrooms on Via del Tritone. Weather was exceptionally warm but no fans were available and the owners didn’t want us to use a/c. They eventually relented when we said we just needed air circulation. It wasn’t easy to reach our concierge using either text or WhatsApp and they only wanted to supply 2 keys which didn’t work well for 4 couples who didn’t intend to stay glued at the hip. We eventually got 3 keys but with a lot of explanation of how inconvenient it was. WARNING - although the photos show the front bedroom as a king bed, on arrival it was prepared as 2 twins (even though we had always stated we would be 4 couples) and getting that changed was a headache. Then, when we had our mid-week housekeeping, the beds were again separated into twins. Made no sense as we weren’t moving out! If the location hadn’t been so amazing, I would have rated this a “3” rather than a “4”.

Love this apartment! Would definitely stay here again. The location is amazing, only a 5 min walk to Trevi Fountain! The apartment was very clean and the property manager, Karina, was lovely! The apartment was large and easily accommodated our family of 5. Each of our teenagers were able to have their own room. The best thing was the strong air conditioners in each of the rooms, as it was so hot outside! The only issue is the wifi did not work well in the rooms farthest from router. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others!

Great location, roomy apartment

This apartment is in a terrific location, walkable to many sites and shops. The street noise is a bit intense so 2 rooms located street side have a slightly less quiet stay, but overall very nice.

This is a beautiful property with plenty of space. The pictures do not do it justice. Perfect location to see the main attractions in Rome. The only slight negative (only slight) is the Wi-Fi is spotty. But altogether a wonderful place

I was a little worried renting a place in a country I’ve never been to but the whole experience was wonderful. Henrietta was fantastic to work with. She promptly answered all of my questions via email and was very helpful in setting up our transportation from the apartment to the port for our cruise. There was a problem with a leak in one of the bathrooms so I contacted Henrietta and it was taken care of immediately. The apartment was large enough for all 9 of our group to sleep comfortably. We were able to walk to pretty much everything we wanted to see during our stay. The apartment is 1/10 mile from the Trevi Fountain and 3/10 mile from the Spanish Steps. We took one of the on/off tour buses one day in order to get to the Vatican and the Colosseum easily. We walked to Piazza Navona for dinner all three nights we stayed and had amazing gelato at a place less than a block away from the apartment. The whole experience was amazing and I would stay there again.
