Location is very good.
The hallway carpets are quite dirty and not in tone with everything else which is mostly very clean. Also I didn’t like the cafe on the first floor, too expensive for too little value. Hallway is noisy at times.

Big atrium, had a Family Mart convenience store located on the 4th floor
The heating was centrally controlled by the hotel so there was no way to adjust the heating in the room. I couldn’t change it from heat to air conditioning and it was extremely stifling and difficult to breathe because of it. It was uncomfortably warm even in winter and I couldn’t sleep because of it. The window cannot be opened to let air flow.
