Situated in Campanet, this attractive villa for $723 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This charming terraced house in Campanet, in the north of Mallorca, can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Start your day with a swim in the private 6 x 3 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.40 m to 1.70 m. The swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace with eight sun loungers and a BBQ. This beautiful property has a winter garden with an old fountain, where you can have dinner with friends. Upstairs, there is a small, non-furnished terrace with views over the village. The plot is fenced. In the sitting room you can watch the TV (with satellite and Smart-TV). The dining room has access to the fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob. Additionally, this property has a laundry with a washer, an iron and an ironing board. Besides, there's one safe. There are four comfortable twin bedrooms with fans; three of them on the ground floor and one on the first floor. We can supply a cot and a high chair in case you come with a baby. There is one shower bathroom inside the house and one outdoor shower bathroom next to the pool. Imagine, after a lovely dinner and a fine glass of wine, you can walk home and it’s not necessary to go by car. As this villa is located in the center of Campanet, you can walk to the main square where you will find a grocery shop, a few nice restaurants, bars, a pharmacy and a bank. Campanet is close to the Tramuntana Mountains, in the Western region of Mallorca. There, you can make lovely hiking and cycling routes and have a good time in the midst of nature. The monastery of Lluc is a starting point for many hiking trails, for example the old path from Lluc to Pollensa, called Camí Vell de Lluc a Pollensa. Furthermore, Campanet is famous for its caves and the chapel and it is possible to walk there. By car you can explore the Tramuntana and get to know enchanting villages like Valldemossa, Fornalutx or Sóller. Regarding the beaches, it’s up to you whether you prefer the north with fine grained sand beaches or the west with small gravel bays. In the north you can visit the lively beach of Can Picafort or relax on the quiet Playa de Muro. If you are a beach-addict you can go to Son Serra de Marina, Puerto de Alcúdia, Cala Sant Vicente or Es Barcarés, in the north of Alcúdia. In the Tramuntana, you will be able to discover Port des Canonge, Puerto de Sóller, Cala Deià or the famous bay Sa Calobra, which nestles between two rocks. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. Krásný španělský domek, výborný pro větší skupiny. Výhodou jsou i dvě koupelny a zimní zahrada. Beautiful spanish house. This place is good choice for bigger group. The house has two bathrooms.

La ubicación y la casa. Pueblo de interior muy tranquilo y bien comunicado. La casa es correcta, con una decoración antigua sin complicación alguna, limpia. La piscina bien. Las amacas un poco dañadas. Falta cafetera, secador, para zumo, mejores cuchillos y sartenes. Olla pequeña para 8 personas. Los vasos y platos muy justitos, Por lo demás bastante bien. Cama de matrimonio, al menos en una habitación.

Lovely house in small village. House is spacious, very clean, comfortable and has everything that a family needs, including a great pool. There are a few little supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance and Campanet is a nice area to walk around.

Vi gillade närheten till byn. Lite för trånga gränder. Även om vi sopsorterade hade vi sorterat fel och soporna hämtades inte.

Had a wonderful time staying at the property with my family. The pool kept the kids entertained every morning. We had one small problem with the toaster which was sorted very quickly by the owner.

Séjour agréable maison confortable propreté irréprochable. Une maison de ville avec jolie piscine qui a satisfait tout le monde par contre cela aurait été bien d avoir au moins 1 lit double dans la villa et peut être mettre une climatisation à l étage car nous n avons pas pu l utiliser car il faisait extrêmement chaud dedans. Toutefois quelques petits bémols a signaler. La rue passante est assez bruyante avec les voitures qui circulent , grosse difficulté de stationner dans la rue ce qui nous a valu de nous faire emboutir la voiture de location et cela nous a coûté 1100€ et une journée immobilisée ! Malgré que nous étions bien stationné mais les rues sont très étroites. A savoir également que le propriétaire est venu 1 fois sans nous prévenir.

Great place and fantastic value. We really enjoyed our stay here and the location was ideal as a base for our cycling holiday. The rental is through a company, not an individual - which is fine except that they asked me to fill in lots of information on their own system rather than via Airbnb.

“Locatia a fost pe masura asteptarilor noastre si in conformitate cu detaliile din anunt. Gazda, pe care am cunoscut-o la final a fost foarte amabila si primitoare. Suntem multumiti de toata perioada petrecuta in aceasta casa si putem spune ca a fost o alegere foarte buna pe care sper sa o faca si alte persoane!”

Wszystko było ok. Z drobnostek to w łazience na dworze przecieka brodzik, trzeba wycierać mopem. Poza tym wszystko było super. Proszę zwracać uwagę przy parkowaniu auta na pomarańczowe linie. Dostaliśmy mandat pierwszego dnia, właściciel wspomina o parkowaniu w książce którą zostawia.
