Lagoon Tower 1101 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo on the 11th floor, just across the street from the Gulf. Lagoon Tower is a low-density complex with only two units per floor.
Unit features:
• Access to the balcony from the living room and primary bedroom, with views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon for miles
• Tile flooring in the living area; carpet in the bedrooms
• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; dining table seats six, plus a small bench and two barstools for extra seating
• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit
• Living area has a twin sofa sleeper
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed; primary bathroom features double vanities and a jetted tub
• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed
• Third bedroom features a set of bunk beds (twin over full) and a pull-out twin trundle. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk
• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry
• Maximum of two cars allowed
• No trailers allowed on the premises

When we walked in we were blown away by the house spacious the condo was and the amazing views. Room for everyone to stretch out and a close walk to the beach. Can't say enough about how incredible staying here was.

Our vacation at Lagoon Tower was excellent. As hoped, the views from every room did NOT disappoint! For us, THAT is the most important feature of any beach rental. __The furnishings were basic, so not really any special touches and comfort items like we've had in rentals that are privately owned and decorated, but the the views win out over comforts of home all day every day, and we had everything that was necessary.__Donna and another gentleman responded in a prompt, friendly way to accommodate a couple of issues we had, and that was much appreciated. Plus a nod to the security team who were welcoming and added to our pleasant experience.

View was beautiful. Grands loved the pool. Bedroom off the kitchen was at least 10 degrees warmer than rest of house. Parents bunked in kids room to be cool at night. Read where king bed needed improved. Definitely agree. Unit was clean but very institutional. No personal touches. That was missed
