The apartment had a great location and great views of the old city including Praça do Comércio. It was walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The unit was well furnished with all the items necessary for a comfortable stay - a fully-equiped kitchen, a washer/dryer and a clothes rack for dyring laundry, hairdryers in both toilets, and a first-aid medical kit.
Great for young and middle-aged adults. Could use better pillows. Also, taxis and Ubers may have challenges dropping off and picking up passengers in front of the apartment.
The unit is not well-suited for elderly travellers:
1. It was on a high floor (6th floor). The lift was small and had a service disruption on our last day (thankfully this was quickly resolved so we were able to bring down own luggage).
2. The unit is a 2-storey, loft design. The bedrooms were located on the 2nd floor - staircase did not have a secure hand rail
3. The only bathroom was on the second floor with no grab bars, anti-slip mats, or chairs. There is a toilet and sink on the 1st floor.

Le point fort de l'appartement est sa localisation. Proche des principaux sites et très facile de se déplacer. De nombreux commerces et restaurants en restant au calme et loin des animation bruyantes.
Le prix reste un budget important.

Excellent location with water views.
Very comfortable apartment with a lift (6th apartment).
Responsiveness of management was very good, in respect of an issue relating to the air conditioner.
Internal stairs (within the apartment) would benefit from a guard rail for safety for young children or elderly..
For a stay of 1wk or longer, a few more household items, such as, garbage bags, towels etc.

Appartamento colmo di criticità.
La lavastoviglie non funziona, la cosa che più ci ha dato fastidio è che lo staff ha fatto finta di non saperlo, mandando un “tecnico” a controllare ma senza risolvere nulla. Una settimana in vacanza lavando tutto a mano.
Pulizia terribile, l’appartamento non si può considerare pulito. I tessuti del divano, sedie ed altri oggetti sono molto sporchi e da sostituire. Abbiamo dovuto appoggiare degli asciugamani per sederci.
Una puzza incredibile: dai water e dalle docce risale un odore di acqua stagnante che fa vomitare.
Il Wi-Fi prende solo al piano inferiore.
Non vale assolutamente i soldi pagati.
