A stylish and comfortable base in the heart of Lisbon's old town, with friendly and informative staf

As always, a warm and helpful welcome from the nice people at the Lisboans to see us into the property and set us up with key codes for front door and room. They also helped us to reset the safe when we messed up the code on it.

We were not able to get the dishwasher to work, but that was not a problem as we were able to load it up and then cleaning staff were able to get the wash done while we were out. Coffee machine was a little ropey, but it made pretty good coffee.

Superb staff, accommodation and location!

Staff were exceptional. My husband left his jacket in the taxi with our passports in and they reacted straight away calling the taxi firm and trying to calm us down!! Also kept us up to date during the day whether they had heard anything or not. (taxi found them and returned them (O:) We had a stunning corner apartment with 3 balconies. Very central but on a back street so nice and quiet. Loved: Kitchenette (including mini dishwasher), nicely stocked fridge with ham/cheese/fruit/butter, and especially every morning there was a bag on the door with fresh bread/pastries/squeezed orange juice. Very spacious modern bathroom with excellent powerful rain shower. Very modern, minimalist, spotless accommodation. Knowledgable staff who were really keen to give you any help. Would highly recommend!

best place to stay in in Lisbon

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the concept of the place was great in that the units were very comfortable and functional in that everything we needed was there. it was very well designed and has a great location

Feels at home.

The staff started communicating with me several days prior to my arrival and provided detailed info on location and self-serviced check in (because I arrived late night). I love the breakfast they prepared and delivered to door each morning.

Very pleasant stay

Very pleasant and nice stay. We were with our 1 year old baby and this is for sure the best solution if travelling with kids: you have a nice apartment with breakfast and daily cleaning. The position is the best in Lisbon, everything is so close, we just walked to arrive everywhere. Our apartments was also very calm and silent. Really suggested!

Breakfast is nice but it would be nice having more variety.

Apartment living in Lisbon Baixa area

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. There were 3 of us so I took the sofa bed in the living room. Staff at check in were helpful throughout the stay. The apartment was a corner apartment so we overlooked two sides. It was a lively neighbourhood which made the experience living like a local. That said, the location was quiet at night. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The location is near shopping streets. The famous tram 28 route also passes the apartment which you can easily get to from the Cathedral which is nearby. Other things we liked was the 24 hr access to the laundry room.

I would prefer a little more lights in the evening. The room has a glass bit at the top of the door so my friend commented that she could see the light in the living room when she was in bed. One frustration I had is not with the hotel but taxis. We used Bolt and Uber and there were many delays because of traffic to the apartment. I would budget time for this.

Great location in walking distance to everything, the staff are so friendly. Great restaurant recommendations and a generous breakfast delivery each morning!

We found the pictures looked different to the reality. We thought it would be modern with a vintage touch but it felt all very modern.

Fantastic location - very central but a quiet road. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great breakfast too. Lovely friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Stylish stay in the centre

Very stylish, equipped apartment in the centre of Lisbon. Very friendly staff, they helped with everything. The building has an elevator, so it is easy to take bigger luggage too. The apartment is full of light, very stylish and has a nice kitchen. The breakfast ingredients (jam, yoghurt, ham, cheese, milk) were put in the fridge, and we had granola and coffee, tea in the cupboards. In the morning, we had delivery of fresh bread and orange juice. The breakfast was tasty and more than enough for two people. The centre of the city is easy to reach by foot and there are many nice restaurants nearby.

The bed was unfortunately too soft. Also, the wardrobe in the bedroom is not fully functional, because you cannot use the drawers as they hit the door. For short stays, however, it is okay. The area can get noisy and we could hear the neighbouring family clearly.
