Situated in Yallingup, this charming condo for $340 per night is a great option for your next trip. World class surf, crystal clear flat lagoon for swimming or snorkelling, long beach walks can turn cape to cape adventures, BBQs on the grassy parkland whilst watching one of its classic sunsets. Surfside Villa is right amongst it, perfectly located to explore the regions many wineries, galleries and other attractions or stay local a take a walk up through the botanical gardens to the renowned Caves House. Located within 50m of a large foreshore outdoor playground, it is the perfect place to amuse children while you enjoy a coffee from the nearby kiosk/cafe. Surfside Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 2 families sleeps up to 8 guests. There is a master bedroom with ensuite, that also opens up to the balcony with ocean and beach scenes. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom shares a bathroom; one room has a queen bed and the other 2 bunk beds. The spacious two-storey design creates two separate living areas; the upstairs one provides a perfect getaway for the kids. The whole downstairs area is comfortably decorated and adorned with modern furnishings throughout the kitchen, living and dining areas. The whole townhouse is fitted with ducted air conditioning throughout keeping you comfortable all year round. The fully enclosed grassed courtyard is also great for lounging or alfresco dining. Recently named Australia's Best Town Yallingup is one the original surfing towns. Yallingup Beach may be a longboard mecca, but you'll also find shortboarders and the odd bodyboarder sharing the waves with the local dolphins who surf the waves there too. Sunset and swimming are unforgettable, try the lagoon or ask about the infamous natural spa, aquarium or mermaids pool! A secure storeroom is available to guests to place boards or bikes . If hiking is your scene, the Cape to Cape track runs in either direction north to south, or walk inland along the Wardanup Trail and end up at the beautiful Ngilgi Cave. With many Yallingup wineries and the famous Caves House on your doorstep, you don't have to venture far to satisfy your taste buds. *****PLEASE NOTE - THE SURFSIDE APARTMENTS ARE STRICTLY NO PETS AND MAY CAUSE EVICTION IF BREACHED***** Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year. Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Perfect location and lovely well-equipped apartment. We only had my partner and myself with our 6 month old little boy however the house would definitely suit 2 couples and four kids in the 2 x double bunks.

Amazing location and premium property. Kids played on the beach and playground all day. Kids were also able to ride bike up the ghost track to Andy's store for treats. 5 start holliday for kids 8+.

Great stay only thing I didn’t appreciate is the extra charge for linen. Also it’s not as obvious when you search for properties that you need to book fir linen. Only when you’re booking you’re told you need to pay extra for linen. Apart from this, it’s a great clean apartment.

Great position and a lovely beach. Some cobwebs and the grout in the tiles need cleaning to give it the lift the house deserves. We would of thought smart TVs would be in the house.

This property was modern, clean, well appointed and spot on for location. Some minor upgrades would make even better - eg better lighting in kitchen and living, upgrade pots and pans and more serving platters Nd bowls, upgrade instructions to use TV and satellite remotes. Overall a great pick if you want to be a stones throw from swimming and surfing beach

Couldn't be a better location, right across from a great playground for kids, walk to the lagoon for a swim or paddle out for a surf. Extremely good sized 3 bedrooms up top with 2 bathrooms and a lounge upstairs, bathroom, laundry, kitchen and lounge downstairs meant plenty of space to relax and only a short drive to caves road for the wineries. We will be back for sure!

Fantastic accommodation for our family stay. Easy walk to Caves House, beach and fantastic park directly across the road. House itself is very comfortable with all of the comforts of home. Very spacious and well stocked. The sand toys for the kids were a nice touch too. Would stay again for sure.

We’re regulars at Yallingup but this was the first time we have stayed at Surfside 8. While the location absolutely can’t get any better if you are a family of surfers (with small children); we were disappointed by the quality of accommodation, given the price paid. The property was quite dirty on our arrival - lots of cobwebs, plenty of spiders and bugs inside and the patio furniture hadn’t seen a clean in months. The BBQ was disgusting and so we weren’t able to use it. But most upsetting was the fact that our toddler went to reach into the fridge and narrowly avoided picking up a used syringe that had been overlooked by the cleaners. The property managers response to this discovery was severely underwhelming and most disappointing. We won’t be booking this property again. However, Andy and Aylen from Exclusive Escapes went above and beyond to try to address our queries in the lead up to our stay - this was greatly appreciated.
