Unit was clean, comfortable and really well stocked. There are several restaurants with a 2-3 minute walk and much more within 10 minute walk. It’s also right on the bus line. The bus does get really crowded during Christmas break though. We were allowed to check in a couple of hours early too!

My husband, daughter and I spent the weekend in Park City for a soccer tournament. The stay was exactly what we were looking for. A comfortable, clean place with a kitchen. It is small, but had everything we needed.

We loved it so much the first time we came back for more. Everything about this place is perfect. Location, check in/out, accommodations are all perfect. We will be back next year!

The residence was exactly as described. Great location, public transportation out the door and across the street, and had everything needed in the kitchen including condiments. The check-in process was simple and owners accessible.

Owner said unit was on floor 1 and it was, but she did not say that the ground floor was floor 2, making floor 1 subterranean i.e. in the basement! The bed was so high my wife couldn't use it & had to sleep on the couch so we left several days early. The couch was very uncomfortable for sleeping. Owner did agree to a partial refund but only after vrbo got involved & "encouraged" her to do so, & the refund did not cover the entire period where we left several days early. In addition to being in the basement the unit is a long way from the elevator & there's a few steps on the way so it's really a pain to get all your stuff in & out. There is nowhere to eat except for sitting on the couch, unless you like the extremely hard stools at the sofa table. The entrance to the kitchen was so restricted you had to turn on a side to get through the opening because the place is so small.

This was the perfect place for a get away. Easy bus access (across the street) to everything: Groceries, shops, restaurants & skiing!! Easy to find, easy to get in and out. Hosts was readily accessible and easy to deal with. Kitchen has really adequate supplies, more than just the old packet of salt. We shall be back! Thank you!!

One of the best equipped condos I have stayed in, especially for the price. I would absolutely come back again.

We had a great stay at this property. The condo was actually much more spacious than we expected. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in their condo. Nice sheets, pillows, and mattresses. Hellon was great with communication. We loved being able to catch the free bus across the street, grabbing amazing lobster sandwiches across the street, Einstein’s around the corner and a quick walk to other eatting establishments. Would stay here again. My husband loved the indoor jacuzzi.

Stayed here during the 2019 Sundance Film Festival. The unit is in the Carriage House, a big apartment building behind the Marriott Hotel/Sundance HQ, well located for festival purposes. I've stayed in other units there over the years and they can be dicey -- it's a ski-bum VRBO, basically -- but this is by far the nicest and most well-appointed I've been in. Everything laid out well and with taste (an unusual quality at the Carriage House), basic groceries in fridge, Duraflames by fireplace, even a printer (which ran out of ink after first use, but still). Owner was very accessible and helpful. Would definitely book again.
