We fully clean each home top to bottom, fully restocking all amenities, replacing worn-out items, and keeping things fresh and pleasant for our guests. We use top-notch cleaning products without annoying scents or chemicals, and our cleaners are paid living wages because they are the backbone of what we do and you’ll appreciate their attention to detail. 4. Please be mindful of our quiet neighborhood after dark, and no parties or gatherings without prior approval. If you're looking for a place to cut loose and laugh and play music late into the night, we have other homes nearby that are more appropriate. We are a local company that manages the property. We're just 15 minutes away, and our office is in Point Reyes Station. We're here 7 days a week to answer your questions or address any issues, usually within an hour, even on weekends and holidays. Neighborhood: The cottage is located in the village of Marshall, ideally situated on the East shore of Tomales Bay, making for a great place to watch the sun set! Easily walk, bike, or drive to countless hiking/biking trails and nature attractions. Local eateries, like Marshall Store, Tony's Seafood, and Hog Island Oyster Company, are within walking distance. Getting around: There is free parking in the gated driveway. Restaurants, bars, and markets are within walking distance. No outside visitors without prior permission. Please keep outside noise to a minimum after dark out of respect for our neighbors. This home is not for parties/events/celebrations.
