A clean, simple, but well equipped apartment for 4. Everything provided to make the stay easy, the check-in with Carla was perfect, with all the information we needed, and more. We had an issue with WiFi on day 2, but had an immediate response from Carla and Elena, and it was a Monti issue, not just the apartment. It had been great fast WiFi when it was working. An easy walk from Roma termini, 15 mins walk to the coliseum & forum and great local restaurants and small shops, with a very 'italian' feel. Just get off the main roads. Very easy to get Free Now taxis, as it's not in the busiest areas. We would definitely come back again..

A clean and convenient apartment in a well located neighbourhood, 10 minute walk to the train station. Our host Elena communicated regularly to make sure everything was ok. Easy check in and all conveniences provided. Even a special welcoming gift in the fridge.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome. The apartment was perfect. Very clean and newly remodeled. It was an easy walk to the train station and very close to the Colosseum. We had no trouble traveling throughout Rome on foot and using the Metro. We particularly liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The coffee maker was amazing and we appreciated the fact that the apartment had a clothes washer as well as a dish washer. We would definitely stay there again,

The apartment had everything we needed. Started each day making espresso thanks to our host. ☕️We walked just about everywhere! 🏛️ Colosseum just a few minutes away on foot. Great restaurant at the end of the street called La Forchetta. 🍝 Would definitely stay here again! 👍

A spacious and clean apartment nestled in a very clean and beautiful neighborhood of Rome. The apartment has everything you need for cooking, washing clothes, or just a quiet place to stay. The apartment is easy walking distance to Roma Termini and the metro stations that can get you around town easily. But it is also an easy walk to the Colosseum, the Basilica di San Giovanni, and all the attractions of Rome. The neighborhood offers many wonderful dining choices right outside the door. Elena and Rhomar were wonderful and this apartment is highly recommended to anyone who wants to quiet, spacious place to stay within easy walking distance to see the cultural highlights of Rome.

Place was as listed. It was great having the two bathrooms.thr roof top had a great view but unfortunately was not set up with nice outdoor seating, but that didn't take away from the stay.

A very spacious and stylish place with modern amenities. A great pied-a-terre in central historic Rome. The Colosseo is a 5 minute walk away.

This was an ideal place for two couples to stay. Not far from the train station; even with luggage. Each couple had a bedroom and a bathroom. Lots of space to hang out and take breaks on hot days. The kitchen is wonderful and we made dinner there one night. Great location and the hosts were very thorough and easy to work with. We loved our time in Rome!

3 night stay, close to good restaurants, Colosseum. Easy checkin and out. Very nice to deal with. Only down fall was the filming of F&F 10. Street was blocked off and we were not aloud to enter apartment. After a while of this I went to find a police officer to have them escort us to apartment. Not the fault of the owner. Would recommend.

The location is so convenient for all of the sites of Roma Centrale plus incredibly close to Termini station for arrival, departure and day trips to further sites like the catacombs or other cities. I also have to mention that it’s very close to Fatamorgana, Rome’s top rated gelato!

The flat is very quiet in the middle of Rome and well located. Monti is neat. We reached everything easily on foot. The roof terrace was not furnished - not as stated in the pictures. We were also greeted by a shabby note on the roof terrace door saying we were not welcome there after 9pm.? Very un-Italian. A flushing toilet made the most irritating noise in the neighbouring bedroom - as if the room was flooding. But after finding out that no water was flooding the room, but that the hoses were just faking it with their "melody", we recovered from our little panic attack and found it almost amusing. Unfortunately, the stacks of different coffee pods did not fit into the coffee machine. What a shame. But also the wobbly chairs at the kitchen table had better be replaced before ... Anyway, we definitely recommend the place. It has a homey atmosphere and we enjoyed our stay very much. The little lift is spectacular and adventurous - all typically Italian. Simply wonderful!

we had some lovely days in Monti rione. walking distance to centre and forum romanum. in the morning we bought bread at the paticceria Panella. wonderful restaurant in the area of the via urbana. elena was an extremely helpful host who usually answered my questions within half an hour as well as ordering a cab for the airport. moreover a newly designed interior and great roof terrace. grazie mille! matthijs lok (a family of four from the north of the netherlands )

Everything as expected

It was great. We were a group of 5 so it was a little crowded if we were all in the living space. But since we were outside exploring it was rarely an issue. Within walking distance of most things we wanted to see.

Great location to walk anywhere. Grocery nearby. Property owners responsive, helpful, and pleasant. The upper terrace was not well set up (as assumed from the photos). Owners were VERY helpful in arranging private transfers to/from FCO and flexible with check in.
