Location was great and the AC was amazing. It was over 30 degrees C the 5 days we stayed and the AC never failed us. The apartment was very clean, and well taken care of. Check in and out was very simple. The kitchen has everything you need for a quick little meal or tea.
Couldn't figure out how to use the overhead shower (oops). The mattress is also a little creaky. The area, although convenient and safe, wasn't super quiet. So if you are a very very light sleeper this may bother you, but then you won't be close to major points of interest.

Very vibrant area of Rome. Plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby. Very helpful list of good places provided by host.
I may have just over estimated the size of the apartment, the picture suggested that it was much bigger. The bed was rather cramped for 2 large adults. The kitchen would not accommodate both of us at once. Probably OK value for the money but I wished we'd spent more and got somewhere bigger. We live and learn!

Excellent location - easy walk from station. Close to Colloseum / Roman Forum and Monti area with restaurants.
Easy and clear check in procedure. Felt safe. Clean.
Nowhere to really sit. Simple folding chairs in kitchen. Not really a problem as we were either out or sleeping.

I liked that it was close to everything, every landmark and important structures were close by
- the lift didn’t work so it was extremely difficult to carry all luggage up the stairs
