Casa Gemma is an entire apartment of about 100 sqm, renovated with style and care in a historic building in the Rione Monti, in the same splendid square as the famous Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, where Pope Francis lies. The house is large, bright and excellent for families, offers up to 9 beds, 3 bathrooms and every comfort in complete privacy. Strategic position to reach all the attractions of the center, the 3 metro lines and Termini station in a few minutes on foot - no taxi needed
The Space:
- 3 double bedrooms (one with a bed that can be split into 2 singles).
- Living room with double sofa bed
- Additional fold-out bed and cot/playpen
- 3 en-suite bathrooms, one of which is also accessible from the common area
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- Plenty of storage space
Other Things to Note:
The house is 5 minutes walk from central station and two subway lines. It is 15 to 30 minutes walk from all the areas and attractions around the city center. Supermarket under the house.

We had an incredible stay at Casa Gemma Rome. The property is absolutely stunning, situated in a fantastic location. The rooms with A/C are beautifully decorated, spotless, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my family of five.Thank you.

This property was amazing! All the amenities you could ask for were provided. It was spacious and perfectly situated within 5 minute walking distance to train station. The best part was the communication with Angelo, he was attentive and ready to cater to any of our party's needs. He was available constantly and even helped us get into the property sooner. 1000% recommend this property, Casa Gemma and manager Angelo!!!
