Mega duży plus za lokalizację, praktycznie wszędzie poruszaliśmy się pieszo zarówno do zabytków jak i po prostu do dworca (15 min). Jeśli potrzebne jest metro to stacja też znajduje się blisko, dosłownie parę minut od obiektu.
Mimo różnych opinii my nie mieliśmy żadnego problemu z zameldowaniem, wszystko przebiegło sprawnie
Winda, choć na swoje lata, na pewno też jest dodatkowym atutem.
Jedyne minusy to na pewno stan techniczny sprzętów i wyposażenia w obiekcie oraz brak klimatyzacji w części wspólnej obiektu. Aby schłodzić to miejsce, musieliśmy zostawiać otwarte drzwi od pokoi gdzie znajdowała się klimatyzacja, co nie przynosiło specjalnych efektów. Klimatyzacja też ma już swoje lata ale działa.
Myślę, że gdyby w mieszkaniu znalazło się żelazko to byłoby tam już chyba wszystko.

The property was in central and was nice place.
The property was good but my tv was not working. Plus no washing machine and all ours clothes was dirty and we can even wash ours clothes.

Casa ligt centraal gelegen. Dicht bij veel bezienswaardigheden en dicht bij openbaar vervoer. Ook supermarkten zijn heel vlakbij. Gemakkelijk systeem met codes om binnen te geraken.
Heel slechte communicatie met de hosts. Voor en tijdens reis. 1 bed was niet opgemaakt en geen lakens te vinden. Geen wificode te vinden noch informatie over wat je moet doen met je afval, vuile handdoeken,... Casa ligt in een heel drukke straat, waar je dag en nacht sirenes hoort. Het lijkt soms of er geen ramen inzaten! Schimmel in de badkamer, wc-bril ligt er half af. Keukenmateriaal is niet volledig: kapotte pannen (teflonlaag helemaal doorkrast), geen handdoek om je vaat af te drogen, enkel een druiprek in de kast. Microgolfoven ruikt verbrand, je kan er niets in opwarmen zonder de verbrande geur mee te nemen. Heel kleine keukentafel om met 4 aan te zitten, geen living. Tv werkt maar half in de slaapkamer, valt telkens weer uit na enkele ogenblikken.
