No Smoking or Pets Allowed Timber Run is a fantastic Steamboat vacation rental location. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo is situated only three blocks from the gondola/base area. You can walk to skiing, restaurants, pubs and shopping but also have the convenience of free shuttle service to the mountain in the winter. This warm, cozy unit was just beautifully remodeled (November 2018), feels brand new and features fabulous Coretec flooring, gorgeous granite countertops, brand new stainless appliances, magnificently tiled showers, rustic mountain-style wood doors and trim as well as superb decorating touches. Enjoy views from the living area and patio, as well as some open space as you are situated on an isolated side of the building. Kick back on the sofa and watch a show or movie on the big screen TV or warm up by the gas fireplace. The open living area also includes the remodeled fully stocked kitchen, dining table with 4 chairs (sits 6 with leaf), counter seating (3 bar stools) ample seating (queen sleeper sofa, 1 chair) and access to the patio. The master suite offers a comfy King bed, flat screen TV and the recently updated private full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Twin XL over Queen bunk bed. There is another remodeled, full bathroom in the hallway. Timber Run has all the property amenities you would want on site including an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, a BBQ area with picnic tables, community laundry rooms, tennis courts (summer only) and free shuttle services (winter only) to take guests to the ski area. You have a locked ski locker next to the front door. A convenient parking lot is outside of the unit. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all. Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known. Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain. ** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.

This property was exactly as advertised, 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms and good kitchen/dining/living room space. The location is a reasonable walk from Gondola square with several dining choices nearby as well as a short drive into downtown for even more choices. The hot springs pool is always a highlight for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Nicely remodeled and decorated condo in quiet complex, King bed and master was very comfortable. convenient parking. We visited in summer, but did find it was close to ski lifts and gondolas. One side note, this is a basement unit, so if you don't do stairs well, you may want to look for another unit.

Beautiful place! Highly recommend for others! Close to everything. We really appreciate the 3 hot tubs and pool. They were literally right out our front door. The base of the mountain is within walking distance. Very roomy and clean.

Clean, easy access to amenities and close to so many great things to do in Steamboat. There is something for everyone. It was quiet in a friendly atmosphere. The iTrip team was helpful and always very responsive. They also followed up to check in at the end of our stay. Great experience all around. Thank you!

We stayed here with our 2 young kids and it was the perfect setup. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable and the other bedroom with the large bunk bed was perfect for kids. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated with nice finishes throughout. The complex has a wonderful heated pool, plus three hot tubs. It's an easy walk to the base and nearby eateries. Highly recommend!

Within 5 minutes you could be at the drop off point for the ski resort. Property was clean and well stocked - lots of spices for our morning breakfast prep. Beds were good and master shower is quite nice albeit not a large room but great shower head and a heat lamp. The condo had everything we needed. It is on ground floor so in winter suggest you bring slippers as the floors aren’t very warm. The fireplace wasn’t working while we were ther but once fixed it could help warm up the floors. The TV’s in every room were nice - allowed us to head to bed and watch the last bit of a show before sleeping. Lots of games in the coffee table and TV cabinet. We didn’t get the chance to use the pool or hot tub - it was busy every night so seemed to be a hit with others. All in all, the condo was a great place to stay and the iTrip staff was very communicative.

We loved our stay at PJs place! The location was great, we just hopped on the shuttle to get to the base, the hot tubs were an extra perk, and the condo was perfectly outfitted with all we needed. My kids loved the bunks! We had a wonderful time! Would go again!

We had a great stay here. All was very comfortable for our family with two small children. Loved that they even had a booster seat available. Kitchen was well stocked with all the tools we needed to cook. Love the complex too.
They had a shuttle to the base of the mountain which made getting around awesome!!

Everything was perfect. Check in was smooth, the condo was beautiful and exactly as described. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, kitchen had everything we needed. Although we did not use the pool, hot tubs, grills and tennis courts they were clean and well kept. It’s obvious the owners take excellent care and pride in their unit and the community keeps the common area top notch. Definitely would stay again in this unit.

Just completed a 4 day, 3 night stay at Timber Run for my annual Sister's Weekend away from the city. We loved the condo. It was clean and professionally decorated. We were able to get in with no problems at our check-in time. The pool, hot tubs, and tennis courts were clean and available. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and there were portable fans if we needed them (which we only turned on briefly because the cross ventilation in the condo is excellent.) The team checked in with me the first day to make sure everything was going as we expected. I highly recommend Timber Run. It is such a great place to get-away and we will definitely come back.

No Access to lobby! No ping pong as advertised. Roofing construction for 2 of the 3 days which really sucked. King bed was a little too soft for some and the bunk beds were very hard! Shower in Master bath didn’t allow you to turn on and get out of the way for the cold water to warm. Liked the hot tub , pool and tennis court once the roofers went home.

About a 15 minute walk to the resort which was nice. About 5-10 minute drive from downtown. Easy to get to all the adventures steamboat holds. Pool was good size and grounds were well kept.

Nice condo with a few repairs needed
Manager super attentive to our concerns and worked very hard to accommodate us. BUT the dishwasher, ice machine and microwave didn’t work, and the beds not very comfy but a nice little condo if all can get repaired.
