About this apartment rental
Studio very bright loft, recently renovated, equipped with elevator and WIFI (free) in the historic center of Santiago de Compostela about 150 meters from the Cathedral (about 3 minutes on foot). The maximum occupancy is 3 people (2 adults and one child under 11). The kitchen is fully equipped (with induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, sanwichera, blender, toaster, cleaning kit and kitchenware), bathroom with shower (included towels, hair dryer, soap and gel). Cot and highchair available on request. The furniture is new and the decoration is meticulous, giving the accommodations a modern and functional air but respecting the traditional architectural elements. The house has a garden in which each apartment is assigned a private terrace with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy a well deserved rest in the open air. It has individual heating and fire prevention system. The building is located on a quiet street and little traffic in the old area, pubs and discos free. The car comes to the door and you can park around although 20 m. There is a public parking cafe and a tourist office. It overlooks the cathedral towers from being able to see the highest apartments. It is within walking distance of all necessary services (shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, etc.). About 50 meters we find the Convent of San Francisco and the Auditorio de Galicia all surrounded by stunning gardens and a pond with ducks and geese that delight children. In his rehabilitation it has been optimized soundproofing, air conditioning and accessibility of the premises to offer customers top quality facilities.

I just spent 12 days at this apartment and I can highly recommend it. The studio is in the second floor of a building fully owned by the landlords and is in a great location 2-3 minutes walking from the Catedral. The furniture is very nice and high quality, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the area is very quiet at night. The a/c and the internet work well, and the check in & out was very easy. I will likely return in the future.
