Ideal apartment

Location. The bed. Plenty space. Clean. Big fridge for cooking at home. Big shower. Really a very nice stay if the two small negatives don't affect you much.

Very difficult to get big bags up those narrow stairs. The lights from the other apartments shine into your room and you have no way of shutting it out. So you are only in darkness if your neighbours above or below you also have their lights off.

Location was great!

The apartment could have been cleaner - lots of hair. Check in 5.00 pm which is very inconvenient, beds were very uncomfortable and there was a light shining into the room all night. Host never replied to my message.

Lovely apartment, central to everything, would stay here again.

Apartment is new and nicely decorated, it is also centrally located. We were able to walk everywhere and really enjoyed our days exploring San Sebastian.

There is no A.C., but there are fans.

Lovely location, but be aware of late check in.

Lovely location and the apartment is very intelligently laid out.

Unfortunately there were a lot of black hairs on the floor and bathroom when we arrived. We also had issues with the shower drain and were missing some towels. We contacted the owner and someone came that night. Last thing that wasn’t ideal was that you can’t check in until 5pm. We were walking the Camino and arrived at 12 for the pilgrim mass and then needed to kill 4 hours before we could get in. We knew that on booking but if you’re doing the Camino be aware of the late entry time. (All other places we stayed along the Camino allowed us in around 2pm at the latest).

it’s located in the heart of Santiago (which is great if you want to be close to everything) and the contact / service was great.

it’s located in the heart of Santiago which also means it is not quiet spot. you hear the town buzz all day and most of the night, so I would recommend earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. the flat is also rather dark.

Fabulous apartment in old Santiago.

Great location, beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. Close to all major attractions but quiet at night.

Would have been great to have a kettle, and kitchen surface space very limited.

Really nice, great location in historic area, quiet, responsive staff that quickly responded to one of the concerns/requests during our stay.

-Hairs from previous guests in the bathroom. -apartment doesn't work for Correos Paq Mochila. Before booking, I asked the property if they could receive our bags. They said yes, and that they would provide Correos with a code. However, by mere chance, I learned the day the bags were to be dropped off, that I (not the property) had to give Correos the code to enter the building and apartment. Too late for organizing with Correos at that point! Correos later told me they actually had a code but they were not able to enter the place. a bit disorganized on the property's end, and we ended up having to pick up our luggage elsewhere and pay additional fees for that.

Great location but some issues

Comfortable apartment. Spacious. In the old town and within walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants. Great internet and lovely hot water with good pressure.

no kettle so tried to boil water on the stove but couldn’t get stove working. They need some instructions. Likewise it took a couple of days to get the towel rail heater going. Also nothing about the local area. It was on the last day we discovered a little supermarket close by. Other properties we have stayed in have recommendations and information about the local area. While these might seem petty issues it stopped this apartment being 5*

lovely apartment with everything you need in the heart of Santiago!

very central location in Santiago! we had all amenities that we needed, even laundry necessities! it was a perfect apartment

only issue was that the interior windows were open and your able to see the interior of the apartments under you and they can also see you. We covered the vulnerable areas. Maybe this is something the team can look into.

No curtains to light well windows so light from apartments above and below flooded in until the occupants of those units went to bed and turned their lights off (about 11pm) - made it very difficult to get to sleep. it should be noted that 5pm is a late check in time for some pilgrims completing their walks in the early afternoon (That said it did not affect us as we got in from Muxia at around 5pm anyway)

Roomy apartment in old town

Great location in the old town. Plenty of room with all the necessary inclusions. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony people watching.

There were some voices heard on the street late at night but only a concern for very light sleepers.

Fabulous apartment for a couple, not so much for a family.

The location was amazing, on a busy street overlooking beautiful buildings. 10 mins walk to the airport bus and 5 minutes to the Cathedral.

The fold down beds were not good for older teenagers. The top bunk ladder was not secure and the bed creaked very loudly with every movement.

Highly recommended for a city stay

Beautiful, spacious apartment in the city centre. Lovely and clean with great facilities. Close to sightseeing, shops and restaurants.

Although the apartment was well soundproofed we were woken every night in the early hours by the noise outside, loud singing and shouting. We managed to get back to sleep on each occasion though.

Lovely place! 100% Recommend!

Very close to the Cathedral, shops, restaurants. Beautiful little flat, very well laid out with lots of thoughtful touches that made it easy to be in the space - hooks where you needed them, scissors in the kitchen, etc. Highly recommend!

Watch your head in the bathroom! It is fine for short people but someone tall may find the odd ceiling angles a bit challenging. May have only been our flat(#2).
