Good stay in Santiago. Value for money

It is a great hotel at a good price. Well located in Santiago for business purposes. Well connected from train station and airport. Clean, friendly staff.

Poor value for money, very noisey flat but close to old town

The location to the old town was good, however please see comments below.

The property was right next door to a nightclub, it was open until 6:30 am and there was little to no sound proofing. We didn’t sleep much at all during the first night which was a Thursday night due to the volume of music and the loudness from people being in the street below the window. We spoke with the staff from the hotel to ask if we could switch rooms to the hotel rather than the flats however there were none available. We were offered a small discount off the overall cost for 2 nights as there was no alternative room. I would not recommend this if you want a good night sleep. The apartment also had broken bedside shelves, poor level of cleanliness and decor needed to be retouched as there were smears on the wall and the skirting boards looking like they’d been bitten and chewed by a pet.

Conveniently located flat to visit Santiago de Compostela.

The flat is a couple streets out of the old city in Santiago, on the way to the Train/Bus station and in a very commercial area with lots of shops and cafe/bars. The building where the flat is located is a few metres away from a hotel, from where you pick up keys and have breakfast, all that good. The flat is over a discotheque, but luckily we could hear music very quietly so it was not an issue for sleeping.

We were given 2 cards that open the flat, BUT only one key for the street door, so basically there was no point with the second card. The bathroom was redecorated and the shower great, but there was no window or extraction fan, so humidity remained there.

Ubicación, muy céntrico. Desayuno en el hotel muy bien, había de todo, muy buena Calidad relación/precio

El apartamento era interior, las ventanas no se podían abrir, había un ventilador que tenía vida propia. Lleno de mosquitos.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación y el desayuno en el hotel.

La limpieza… había pelos de los anteriores inquilinos en el lavabo, los ventiladores tenían un dedo de polvo, en la ducha había un capuchón de una cuchilla de afeitar imagino de donde …. Y al salir del alojamiento ni si quiera preguntaron qué tal había estado todo.
