Was confusing to access the flat and had to phone the owner of how to get to the flat, as the building had several accesses to it from the road.
There was no kettle available, requested a dish towel which we never received during our stay, The freezer was all frozen up and not up to standard, all other appliances were in good working order.
I felt that the overall flat living room furniture could do with refurb and coat of paint in certain areas i.e. door frames

WE had the Aptoin app but did not work, however, SERENDIPIA answered our call immediately and opened the door for us remotely. Getting the keys from the box by the door to the flat was easy.
The owner needs to replace the laundry machine: It had stagnant water and mold in the drawer for the soap. WE were informed that the previous occupant reported it broken and they sent someone to fix it, but the man stated it had to be replaced. The owner knew it was broken and did not inform us. This was highly inconvenient especially for 4 adults staying 10 days.
The second problem was the shower in the smaller bathroom; it needs to be fixed since water spills all the way to the hallway. We had to dry as much as possible and wasted time; again, this was not a new problem, but the owner knew this happened and did not inform us.
