Nestled in Bailey, this attractive house for $377 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The River House in Bailey, Colorado offers a private mountain getaway immediately adjacent to the South Platte River. The River House is intimate enough for a romantic getaway, with a main floor master suite, oversized marble and glass shower and claw foot tub, and cozy wood stove in the great room. But with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for family and friends to come along if you want company! This property is in a private location south of the river, with a hot tub on the deck looking over one of the best fishing holes. The River House is part of the 40-acre Two Bridges Lodge resort family of accommodations. Guests at The River House have full access to The Park at Two Bridges, an exclusive private playground across the river for guests of the Two Bridges Lodge family of accommodations. With a catch and release fishing pond, outdoor games, fire pit, picnic areas, barbecue grill, and more, it provides ample opportunity for fun. You can also enjoy all the outdoor adventures the 285 Corridor has to offer, or just walk out the door of the newly remodeled home to hike or relax right on the property—bounded on two sides by the Pike National Forest. Hungry? The downtown Bailey restaurants are within walking distance. Whip up your favorite recipe in the fully equipped and newly remodeled kitchen or take it outside to grill on the deck and watch the river flow past. After a day of adventure, relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace or enjoy the stars and sound of the river from the private deck and hot tub. The house includes wi-fi and Netflix if you would like to cuddle up and watch a movie on the big screen TV. The River House is intimate enough for a romantic getaway, with a main floor master suite, oversized marble and glass shower and claw foot tub, and cozy wood stove in the great room. But there is room for family and friends to come along if you want company! A few housekeeping items: Kids are welcome, but be careful with little ones near the river. There are stairs to the main level of the house and to the two second-story bedrooms. We have a hot tub at the home. Use is at guest's discretion and risk. We encourage you to exercise appropriate caution and supervision. There is absolutely no smoking or drug use allowed on the property (including vaping)—indoors or out. No outdoor fires are allowed at any time by county ordinance restricting vacation rentals. No pets are allowed at the property, but you are welcome to enjoy our native wildlife. We will assess an additional charge for a minimum of $500 or actual damages (if greater) for any violation of these rules. Catch and release flyfishing in the river is available to our guests for an additional $175 per angler daily charge. No guide is required, but you will need to have a Colorado fishing license, bring your own flyfishing gear, check in at the office for a river orientation, and sign a waiver. If you are interested in this exclusive catch and release flyfishing opportunity, please contact us and we will provide additional information, including a complete copy of our flyfishing rules. No fishing is allowed in the river other than as noted above.

Our son got married in Bailey, and we rented this riverside house for the three nights afterward. We rested, relaxed, and recovered, enjoyed some bonus time with family members, had some wonderful meals, some of us climbed a 14er, and we took full advantage of the sonorous river flow and the restorative hot tub on the deck. Perfect.

This was our second stay at Morning Air Ranch. It was as easy and clean as our first visit. It’s convenient to all the activities nearby. We enjoyed fishing and had a successful day. John was a great help and we can’t wait to get back.

My wife and I flew to Colorado to see a concert at Red Rocks. We wanted a place away from the city but close to Red Rocks and this house was perfect.
We are from AZ, so being able to have a place nestled against the river was amazing. The hot tub on one of the decks offers a peaceful soak with a great view of the river and the relaxing sounds of the water.
The interior of the house was spotless. Huge master bedroom with windows throughout to enjoy the views and the bed was very comfortable. Although we didn't need the extra rooms, there was plenty of space to bring many others.

We had a family wedding just minutes away from our property. We enjoyed sitting on the deck by the river, hiking within a 2 minute drive, and relaxing in the hot tub on the cool evenings. There was plenty of space for napping and privacy for our group, and the home was immaculate! I would definitely recommend this home for a family get away!

All good except too close to Highway 285 (and a little expensive) - even wonderful sounds of running river unable to drown car and truck noise - really too bad...with exception of a bunch of spiders (which I personally fear slightly), the rooms were great; the layout was fantastic; all was comfortable - generally excellent.

Once we opened the gate and crossed the bridge into Morning Air Ranch, the stress just melted away! The South Branch of the North Platte drowns out noise from Hwy 285, and the trees make the house very private. We enjoyed our stay with just us, as a family of 4. We enjoyed the beauty of the property with a hike behind the house onto the ridge. Deer, birds, humming birds, squirrels, and chipmunks welcomed us outdoors. Indoors was spacious, functional, clean, and comfortable! It was an easy walk to the closest restaurant (closed Mon & Tue), and the kids loved the Treehouse Adventure Park across the street!

From the entrance to the opening of the door, you are presented with beauty. The outdoor space is beautiful, relaxing and deer came through the property almost every evening! The house itself is just beautiful and had everything we needed!!

Immediate feeling of home and comfort among the mountains, river and trees. Every room, restroom and kitchen are nicely stocked and furnished with anything and everything you need.
Very private oasis right on the river yet only minutes from town and local dining. The hot tub is perfectly placed high on the deck in the tree tops overlooking the river. A hammock hung at the riverside made a perfect spot to nap with the babbling waters below. An excellent spot to relax after a long day fishing on the river. We have no complaints or suggestions about this beautiful property. Totally recommended for your next stay on Bailey CO.
