everything is good just staff overlook our booking have a breakfast but their handle with care and give a refund to customer so for me it's very nice and marvelous

There's nice common area with good WiFi upstairs. The staff is nice and helpful. It's very clean.
It's very far from the center of Semporna. The room didn't have a window and it was a bit too minimalistic. You can hear everything that's happening in the building. We were woken up by an alarm clock from a different room many times 😂
