Location was convenient to walk to stadium and was able to walk to dinner. Breakfast was decent and eating area clean. Friendly staff. Room had a nice look. I didn’t see any hairs anywhere so that’s a major plus. Great work on that. Highly efficient ac.
Paying extra for parking at a hotel YOU’RE ALREADY PAYING TO STAY AT Is tantamount to a hidden charge. Your room just became more expensive by any amount the hotel decides to charge and the customer is effectively trapped (where else are they going to park now that they drove from out of state to get there?). So that leaves a bad taste in your customers’ mouth and sets a bad tone for the stay and a bad overall first impression for your hotel and brand. I understand it may be common practice, but it gives the customer a reason to hate you all and therefore no reason to have loyalty. The one who doesn’t do it gives people a reason to like them.
The water pressure on the bathroom sink was a comical trickle. Thankfully the kitchen sink worked better. There were stains and small bits of things on the ceiling. That’s the only thing that weirded me out a bit.
The ac was highly efficient, but there was no way to escape it when I was in bed, it hit me directly. I could cover up, but not my head. Also, the bathroom door directly adjacent to the head of the bed can create issues: the obvious, plus the light hits directly to the face when someone is up and the other is trying to sleep.
