Nothing!

Four Seasons - so I need to say more. Super comfortable room, top room service, great breakfast.
Reception is next to the bar and people were VERY load at the bar during our check-in. Not a great mix. We had a reservation for breakfast but still needed to wait for 20mins and needed to remind and push the staff to get a table. Finally they walked us to a table for two while we were with five! I insisted when I saw an empty table for five to get that table. Bas experiences which are not up to Four Seasons service level. When mentioned during checkout I received free parking as a compensation.

A calm Oasis in the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. Huge rooms with excellent faculties.
Some of the staff are friendlier than others. The invoice viewing facility on the room TV does work. Upon check out my card was going to be charged without my viewing the bill which I then asked for. This struck me as odd and I think the staff member thought I was being awkward in asking for it.

Requested early check in as my flight landed at 10;30am. They accommodated this and I received my room at 11:00am which was fantastic. The gym was good with a decent weights area plus plenty of cardio machines including peloton bikes. Decor of the hotel was classic “four seasons” creams and whites which was great. Non smoking hotel was a benefit in Vegas.
I’ve stayed at a number of four seasons hotels and they always have that special “four seasons” service - this one didn’t feel like that. The room had some hairs on the furniture when I arrived, there wasn’t anything particularly special about the service, and things like the concierge didn’t know gym opening times or how to catch the bus etc - all seemed to lack the feeling of a normally polished and upscale four seasons and the staff didnt feel like they prioritised guest experience much. the two biggest let downs were the weekend brunch at Veranda - at almost USD$100 - it had basic scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, frwnch toast and some asian dumplings etc but was nowehere near worth the money or the quality of other vegas brunch offerings. for the selection i felt really quite ripped off. secondly was the location. its a long way south on the strip and being the formula 1 weekend the buses weren't running to the strip. i asked the concierge if they had a shuttle to which they told me to just take a taxi or uber. so each trip up to the strip was about USD$20-30 every time i came or went. if it was an amazing four seasons and you just wanted to stay at the hotel then fine, but the location, average service, airport noise, and really expensive but mediocre restaurant means i would stay somewhere else next time.
