At first I was taken aback by the outside surroundings of Madison but when we went inside, we realized that it was beautiful. There was very welcoming staff, easy check in for my first time hotel experience ever, easy garage parking, tidy room, comfortable bed, great water pressure and more. Definitely worth the price and plan on coming here again if I ever visit Madison again.
The only thing we had issues with was connecting the TV to our phones which could have been because of anything: WiFi, my phone being goofy, the TV, etc. But live streaming and connecting consoles is available so we were okay. And then the shower could have been rinsed out just a little better, but we didn’t let it bother us since we didn’t expect perfection :)

Everything was great from the front desk staff to the rooms (beds & pillows were the BEST) to the coffee bar for coffee & breakfast. We were there for a gala and the front desk person shuttled us to the event just down the road because it was windy and cold out. So grateful for the top notch service!
This isn't really a complaint or something I didn't necessarily like, but the parking structure next to the hotel did not have a covered walkway to it and valet service wasn't available. That being said, it was just a short walk to the structure so it wasn't an inconvenience, unless it had been raining. But it was covered parking, so that was nice. Parking was $20 per night.

VERY disappointed in breakfast this time!! We stayed here two years ago and enjoyed a delicious sit down breakfast in the dining room. This time there was a to go counter and microwaved heated up eggs. Awful!!
