It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of parking and the hotel was easy to get to, We used uber to get around in Madison the location was good but I don't think I would stay again.
I have one complaint. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby, They had a Starbucks in the lobby but as we all know even a simple brewed cup is very expensive. It seems like such a small thing and I was very disappointed that I had to go back up to my room to get my credit card for a simple black coffee. It is a cash free hotel so the money I always have with me did not help,

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was supposed to start at 4 p.m., but I arrived early at around 2:30 p.m. and they kindly gave me a room right away. The room had everything I needed, and the breakfast was also very good.

No chocolate chip cookie.. we asked thrice in the morning afternoon and evening..
room they gave us smelled soo bad had to request for change.. another room also smelled soo bad.. third room ws ok
