Great place with a great value.

Great gathering area in the lobby. Clean facility.

The air conditioner in room 308 is really loud! The faucet is also loud. It wakes up others in the middle of the night.

Easy access to location. Always enjoy breakfast in the morning. Clean comfortable rooms are a must.

The breakfast was very good. Always enjoy hot waffles in the morning. The location was perfect for meeting relatives in the area.

Good luck. The reviews are the reason I chose this hotel. Didn't live up.

Location was great because it was on our travel route. And the price met our needs - which is why we booked in the first place.

I booked two rooms on Booking.com and when I arrived they didn't have the 2nd reservation in their system. The front desk offered to sell me a room at full price. When I refused, he found a discount he could apply which still resulted in a much higher rate that what I reserved. When I told him I was going to leave and find another hotel, he managed to magically find a way to give me the room for the price that I reserved it at. Horrible experience - he argued with me, got very frustrated, and threw up his hands in the end and told me he'd have to take it up with his manager later. Not my problem. Room was gross. There was lipstick smeared on the bathroom counter, hair in the tub. Vending machine had no water in it. Generally felt like the management was seriously lacking at this property. Will never consider staying here again.

I stay here often for work. It’s an excellent place and they do an incredible job. Always happy to return.

The stay was good for the price and location

Very clean facilities; good location surrounded by a lot of restaurants; quiet; and the breakfast was nice

The staff that checked us in had a poor attitude; she didn’t even greet us; she was not friendly at all.

Decent hotel, but slightly dated. Clean for the most part. Staff was friendly.

Comforter was wrinkled making me wonder if it had been changed. Not the warmest either.

Your housekeeping staff deserves praise and appreciation. The rooms were very clean and the hallways , lounge and pool areas “squeaky” clean. Thank you. The front desk staff was helpful when needed and always available. Registration easy. Late checkout okayed when we were running late. Breakfast area clean and neat. Kids loved having waffles and breakfast sandwiches to microwave. Microwave and fridge in room too. Yay! Luggage carts available. Quiet hallways and entryway lounge. Coffee was good and always available. Ice water available. Pool and hot-tub area clean.

Recycling bins available in rooms and pool area. Thank you. Didn’t see bins for cup and paper recycling. Maybe I missed them. No fresh fruit. But that’s understandable.

Pool and hot tub were awesome..beds were nice..room was clean and love the dove soap shampoo and conditioner trio that's was so awesome

Superb

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The staff is great and the breakfast was excellent.

The pool was green and cloudy and the area around the pool, the tables and chairs and sauna were not clean.

Ok experience

Room was very nice,

I’m pretty sure it was a manager work the night, he was very rude, and disrespectful. And it more or less ruined the experience from the start. They talks bout this amazing breakfast, WRONG it’s ur normal cereal with waffles and orange juice breakfast.
