Loved how close it was to the sylvee! Super easy valet parking and just not having to worry about concert parking and such!
No fridge or microwave in the room kinda sucked!

People at the front desk were kind. Room was clean but smelled very musty. The did offer to move us but we were unpacked and chose to stay.
The shuttle service. Bringing us to venue was great. The driver said I’ll pick you up right here when I come back for you. We texted for the return trip. They texted back that they will pick us up at 2 cross streets. One of the cross streets was not near us. We did know that the street was different from where he told us to be so we waited a long time. I texted back asking them for clarification. They said yes go to N Patterson which was nowhere near us. S Patterson was near. We went there. It took another long time. 1 hour total for them to pick us up. After standing for 3 hours at a concert this, wasn’t a great experience. They did leave an apology note and free breakfast under our door which was nice.

Não gostei de ter login feito ao ligar a TV, prefiro fazer login quando eu quiser. Parece invasão de privacidade.
Alem disso quando o login estava feito perdi totalmente acesso ao Youtube, ficamos sem acesso ao Youtube a partir do segundo dia e ninguém sabia dizer o que tinha acontecido.
