Spend the morning at the beach with beach access from a private community boardwalk. If you need a break from the sand, you can lounge at the oceanfront pool. Step out onto the back patio to oversee the kids splashing in the pool and view the beautiful fireworks every Thursday night in the summer. Walk two blocks to the famous Carolina Beach boardwalk where you can eat ice cream, visit a souvenir shop, purchase a new tshirt, and try our Famous Britts Donuts. Inside the condo you definitely won’t forget you are on vacation with an unbeatable ocean front view from your living room and balcony. Don't worry, groceries are a snap with elevator access to your floor. Cabana Suites 409 is ready to be your forever vacation home! Ground Level: Our building has security cameras monitoring the parking lot and pool. Gated parking lot entry. First come, first serve covered parking under the building with an overflow lot across the street. Elevator access. Pool (In Season) and Beach Access. Property Level: Hallway to Living room with ocean front glass wall & sliding doors to balcony. Upholstered Queen size sleeper sofa and dining table for four. Primary Bedroom Suite with king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower. Guest bedroom with Queen size bed and TV. Ensuite half bath with vanity. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and range. *No Dishwasher in this unit! Washer and dryer closet. Hard Key entry. Parking: 2 vehicle Max. Paper passes are to be hung on the rearview mirror of the vehicle. If pass is not displayed, owner may be fined, and automobile may be booted or towed at owner's expense. Security Cameras are located at the parking area, back porch, and pool at this property. Rental Policies: In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement. Arrival/Departure: Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm Off Season Check-ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm Check out is by 10 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure. Hard Key entry. House Rules: No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities No smoking You must be at least 25 to rent this unit. Pet Policy: No pets allowed Cancellation Policy: - Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking - After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee - After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee. Things to do: Adventure awaits. Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Is it possible to stay on the boardwalk, oceanfront AND enjoy a quiet stay? Yes, in this beautiful 4th floor (top floor) condo. Above and beyond providing all the necessary comforts, this condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Covered parking was plentiful, but we enjoyed walking to a different restaurant each of our 7 nights. If I was to suggest any improvement, it would be to install a door code in place of the hard key. The lock was sticky at times.

So great! View the sunrise over the ocean every day from your own balcony! No obstructive views. Steps away to the boardwalk and all entertainment and restaurants. Perfect in every way!

Unit 409 was very clean and appropriately appointed. The beds and sofa were a bit hard for our preferences.
However, we were disappointed in Cabana Suites as a whole. We have stayed at Cabana Suites in various units multiple times and Cabana Suites has gone down hill Both the larger and the baby pool were closed the entire week with no prior notice or explanation. There was a trash bag in the stair well the whole time that was leaking, and the general upkeep was lacking. Is the Cabana Suites under new management?

What a terrible experience.!! We were awoken once Wed.June 14th morning at 5 am! Then 4 maybe 5 times Fri. June 16th at 7:30 pm & 10:45 pm. PLUS into Sat. June 17th morning at 12:15 am and 2:00 am maybe 4 am (I lost track)! by the Cabana De Mar fire alarm, during our stay from June 10th-June 17th. Being awoken abruptly. told to exit the building. Out to the parking lot in pajamas.With a 14 month old screaming and terrified. We have stayed in Carolina Beach the last 9 years with 7 being at the Cabana De Mar. Last alarm I had no choice but to call 911. SOMEONE informed an alarm company since they were in the parking garage at 4 am. Wow!! was told this was a weekly sometimes daily occurrence from the neighbors/tenants and not until 4 am Friday, repairmen were called.! Unacceptable!! Some kind of reimbursement to us, should be made.1-419-433-4373 or 1-419-239-6451

Location, convenience, excellent condo. It was Definitely worth it. Not really a complaint but I advise others that 6 people inside will be tight and gets uncomfortable to lounge in the living/eating space.. 4 adults and maybe a child would be perfect.

Cabana Suites is the perfect location-everything’s within walking distance.
409 is nicely decorated with high quality appliances and cabinetry. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

I would definitely go back to this Cabana! It is smaller than the pics but we didn't mind that the views made up for that. Very comfy beds everything was clean. I loved the distance between the bedrooms. The cabana is near everything including my favorite Britts donuts and Krazy Kones. Had a very pleasant stay will return.

Great location - could have been cleaner.
The location of this condo is great - right on the beach and walking distance to many places. The condo is VERY small - I think even saying it sleeps four is a stretch. Luckily there were only two of us and it was comfortable. The setup is a little strange, as the only full bath is in what I’ll call the ‘master suite.’ This is fine for a family, but if you are with friends or another couple you’d have to go into their bedroom to get a shower. Not the worst thing, but definitely not preferred. It definitely could have been cleaner upon arrival - the floors were so filthy that I wore my flip flops inside. The air conditioner is unbelievably loud - it woke both of us up several times a night. It sounds like a tornado is literally ripping through the room. Make sure you bring ALL of your essentials - toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, etc., as nothing is provided for you. Overall the property worked as a place to sleep and was in a good location in Carolina Beach.

This was our first time visiting Carolina Beach. We were so happy with the condo and the location. We parked our car when we got there and didn’t need to drive anywhere all week. The location is perfect and the condo had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Carolina Beach 2019
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cabana Suites 409. The condo was perfect for our family of 4! Being on the 4th floor, we enjoyed amazing views and could see the Thursday night fireworks from our balcony! The place was clean and the kitchen appeared to have been updated a bit from the photos. The shades for the sliding glass doors were nice too! The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, but I would recommend bringing your own. I also brought cutting knives. There is no dishwasher, so be sure to bring dish soap! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very nice as well!!! The sink in the master bath wouldn't drain (not that it was clogged, but you had to lift up drain stopper). Also, renovations are being completed on the unit below, so you could hear them working during the day and I think some of their hammering caused the wiring in master bedroom to fall off wall. Overall, Carolina beach was an awesome place to visit and this unit is really located right on the middle of all the action! Steps from the boardwalk and carnival games, plus many awesome restaurants! We were impressed with all the dining options! The pool at the complex was small and not the cleanest, but my girls didnt seem to mind! The elevator was slow, but there were plenty of stairwell access points. We also enjoyed the locked access to the property. All the owners we met were friendly and welcoming! We will be back! Thank you!

Definitely not wheelchair friendly.
I was prepared to write an extremely negative review. my VRBO search claimed that the unit was wheelchair accessible. Not true. Only quick response by Seacoast rentals staff to correct toilet problem made our stay endurable. The pool is totally inaccessible by wheelchair, and devoid of bathrooms. I would not recommend that any disabled person consider this property unless it can meet ADA guidelines.

The view was great and ths condo just lovely. I would suggest buying decent quality trashbags since we are supposed to take the trash out before leaving. Building is in best location steps to everything!

Clean & nicely decorated, but a little small for 6 people. Best for 2 adults & 2 kids. Convenient to nightlife and pavilion. You can hear the rides from the room.
