Location is great if you want to walk to the boardwalk and other restaurants nearby. Privacy and security with the key codes to get in the parking area and to get out to the boardwalk and beach. We were there in October and liked that it wasn’t so crowded.
The elevator wasn’t convenient and hard to get to with luggage and groceries. Luggage carts were very small and weren’t your typical luggage cart. Parking was challenging with larger vehicles but liked it was under the building. There was really nowhere to put our beach chairs and other beach things so we were very lucky to have a parking spot right near the walkway to the beach and could keep them in there and since we left the car parked in the spot it worked out for us but had that not been the case it would’ve been more difficult. We were expecting a regular bed or beds for both rooms but got bunk beds in one so if you’re older, that could be an issue. The only shower is in the main bedroom so anyone else needing a shower has to come through the main bedroom while someone might need their personal space. Funny how long the hallway was, very long and narrow if you are trying to get beach chairs and carts in the condo it will track a mess of sand etc all the way through the space.

Location was right on the beach. Comfortable beds, good amenities, and good communication. Liked having the parking pass.
Very small point, but a second parking pass should be offered please.
