Host updates & communication, close to beach access.
Beds in both bedrooms were very flimsy and uncomfortable, master bathroom shower smaller than a cruise ship or RV, doors to patio were off tracks and hard to access, no blow dryers in the bathrooms ( a “must” for a beach house)

Loved how close it was to the beach and boardwalk and restaurants made getting around easy and convenient! The beds were very comfortable after a long day out and about!
The bunk beds were a bit wobbly but didn’t seem unsafe.

The location is extremely awesome. It is located near the end of the boardwalk so you can technically just walk all the way down to beach, amenities of the area and just have a beautiful getaway. The inside is decorated nicely you can tell they tried to do the best they could with what they had.
I don’t really like to complain but for the price you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, the bunkbed was unstable and scared the kids. The bed in the master bedroom was small but comfortable. And I know the building is old and you can’t always stop things from smelling a certain way, or even seeing things like roaches which we did see. But these are things I think people should know before they decide to rent the property.
