Excellent staff and friendly helpful impressed with health n safety instruction with fire and evacuation instructions,use of fire door.
Personnel attention : ask if we liked ,dinner and or breakfast and time, parking information.
The rooms were spotless,cosy and tea n coffee ,bottle of water and snack supplies full, even instant oats. Bed was really clean and well prepared,with towels. We slept very well. And room was warm and windows kept most traffic noise low.
Supplies in toilet and shower supplied n good quality.
For our one night stay it was economical,and one of the best we have stayed ,breakfast was very tasty and well cooked vegetarian, Which was much appreciated .
There was some steep stairs from public area to room,which may not be comfortable for all older infirm ,non able bodied visitors,staying for a while.

The hotel is easy to find and a great spot for getting around the area from. 24 hour access. Great view to the moors over the car park and no noise form other rooms while I was there.
