emergency contact needs reviewing we had a situation where we had to wait over an hour for someone to call us back, it was very distressing for all involved. this was not acceptable.

Cute place. Terrible booking process.
The house itself is cute and had everything we needed. Very clean. Pretty good location - could walk to the beach.
The process after booking. I was sent numerous emails and notifications (from the real estate who manage the property) that all said the same thing. It was very difficult to contact anyone. The payment and check in process was not clear. I was required to provide so much irrelevant information that I would not book again due to the inefficiency and difficulty of this process. Uncomfy beds.

It was surprisingly sweet & peaceful, safely snuggled up inside while it was blowing a gale outside.
Loved the colour of the place and artwork.
Cleanliness was below par. It was way to cluttered for my personal taste, I’m a minimalist, too many cushions, pillows (some stained and yellow eeuoo), too much furniture and other stuff in the lounge room leaving little space, after all it’s only suitable for 2 people or 3 max.

good location, facilities not as advertised
great location near the beach
advertised to have a washing machine - firstly didn’t receive a key to the room the washing machine was located, kindly a staff member brought me one, then paid the $6 to use the machine (had to go to a cafe to get $1 coins), only to find the machine ate our money and didn’t work. I specifically booked here to use a washing machine - essential when I’m long term travelling, so for it not to work was frustrating and took up almost a whole day then having to go to a laundromat which was 30 minutes away

Nice shower and homely
Lack of laundry facilities and coin operated. Not the clearest information. Banging noises through the night and noticed early morning? Water pipes? Outdoor area messy.

Exceptional
Fantastic location. Only a short stroll to a trendy cafe and the beach. Was very relaxing.
Light globes could have been a bit brighter. But I'm being picky.
