The Palms was just right for our visit to Adelaide. It is about a ten-minute walk into the CBD, pubs and restaurants.
The apartments are well appointed allowing you to self-cater if required. The apartments are spacious and were very clean.

The ease of booking and checking in, the car park is safe and secure with easy access to the rooms. Spacious, clean and tidy
A TV in the bedroom would have been great and maybe two chairs instead of just the one but that’s all.

The spaciousness of the apartment, comfortable bed and furniture, the carpark downstairs, the location (easy to find for people who aren't familiar with Adelaide, and around the corner from Kent Town Hotel, which is amazing), the staff were friendly and helpful.
The only negative was the shower over the bath. Climbing into the deep bath was difficult and very hazardous. The next day we asked for a rubber bath mat to put in the bath and that helped with getting in and out without slipping or falling. I don't know if the accommodation has walk-in showers, but I would advise anyone making a booking to make sure you request it.

Great location, places to eat nearby and reserved car parking was great
It’s a pet friendly hotel which is great, however our room had the absolute worst smell of dog/old dog urine. It actually started to make me feel sick. It didn’t feel clean, bathroom floor had lots of marks
