Nice hotel with beautiful rooms. I really appreciated having a kitchen with a balcony at each floor and enjoyed breakfast sitting outside. Great combination of hotel and apartment. Very good location: Close to the botanical garden (an absolute must for garden fans ) , Chinatown and Victoria square ( walking distance) where you can get the tram.

Quiet and Clean. Nice sized room and very comfortable bed. Booked late in the day and the reception was closed. Got a phone call from the hotel and explained after hours check in. SMS instructions were great. Good value for money for a CBD hotel.

Good location. Close to public transport. Close enough to the CBD without the noise and bustle (not that Adelaide has much of either). Close to cafes and nice pubs. I like having access to a kitchen to make breakfast and heat up a dinner when required.
I’ve stayed here 4 times over the last 4 years and it’s starting to get a bit jaded. I made a late booking for this stay but thought the price for my room was steep considering my ‘view’ was a brick wall. I have previously considered it good value for money but now Accor has taken it over.
