Great location and great value price for what was a beautiful and clean venue
Our only complaint was the bed was soft and pillows were too hard. Maybe another room would have been the opposite so the only reason it’s not a perfect score otherwise we are very happy and will stay again to try another room

Good value hotel with excellent staff. Had breakfast and dinner and they were both good.
The location is a bit away from Adelaide's cultural centre but the hotel has nearby bus and tram access.

Beautiful downstairs bar and pool area. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and it was located in a nice spot that overlooked the park

Was a struggle to get my room cleaned. Called reception a few times about different things. They could have been more helpful and friendly.
When i complained that my room hadn't been cleaned for the 2nd day in a row I was told i was given a $10 voucher on my account for the inconvenience- it wasn't applied to my final bill
Customer service wasn't the best and the room cleaning
