Located in Mission Beach, this lovely condo for $275 per night is a great option for your next break. This beautiful Mission Beach condominium is located in a prime area of San Diego Mission Beach. The condo has spectacular views of Mission Bay and the Seaworld fireworks from our patio. The common sundeck on the top of the building offers panoramic views of all Mission Bay Park with a table & chairs to relax and have a drink or dinner. Our unit features 2 master bedrooms ensuite with comfortable King size beds. We have highspeed internet with a desk area . There are 3 Sony flatscreen televisions including a 65 inch in the living room area.with a DVD player,Netflix,Amazon Prime and MLB.There are bicycles,beach chairs, towels toys and umbrellas for your use. There is a washer/dryer in the attached 2 car garage. We have recently remodeled the kitchen and master bathroom adding a large shower.We also added a convection microwave making baking quicker without heating up the kitchen. We have a private patio with a gas BBQ Grill and table seating for 6 . There is a large grassy area next to the patio for kids to play in and be secure within our walls.There is an outdoor shower to rinse off . Whether you are on a family vacation or a romantic getaway, this is the ideal spot all year round. All of the San Diego attractions are nearby including: Sea World, Belmont Park, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, expanded Legoland with the Aquarium and water park, Birch Aquarium, Petco Park, Gaslamp District, Old Town, and Knotts Soak City Water Park. A great place to spend the day is at Balboa Park visiting the museums, Ruben H. Fleet Space Theater and eating at great restaurants. The World famous San Diego Zoo is a full-day of activity in itself. Disneyland is also only a 90-120 minute drive north to Anaheim if San Diego doesn't offer enough. Sports include the San Diego Padres located in East Village downtown and the San Diego Chargers in Mission Valley. The very popular Gaslamp District offers wonderful nightlife and entertainment with acclaimed restaurants and is only 20 minutes away in Downtown San Diego. Seaport Village is also very popular for shopping and great restaurants located at the harbor. Little Italy is becoming the best area for dinning also. Within walking distance from the condo you can walk to many restaurants, shops and markets as well as to the Historic Belmont Amusement Park. Jump on a bike and ride down to Pacific Beach, spend a day surfing, swimming, sunbathing or just relaxing and top it off with a casual dinner at one of the great beach front restaurants. There is always an option of just parking your car in the attached 2 car garage and relaxing at our condo and enjoying Mission Beach.

This was a perfect rental for my family of 3 (myself & husband and our college age daughter) for a long weekend in January. Location was perfect, garage was priceless, and the bikes were so much fun. The place has plenty of space (2 couples or a family of 6 w/ younger kids would enjoy this apartment). The master bathroom is WOW! and the kitchen has everything you need. Besides the bikes, the host offers lots of beach items including towels. I feel like you don’t need to bring anything with you! Location: less than 15 minute drive from the airport. Zoo so close, as is downtown and La Jolla. And walking to the ocean or the bay is effortless! No

Stay was good. Great location. Just a little warm if it’s 70 and humid and you can’t really leave the windows wide open as the unit is on the first floor. They provided fans to help cool it down but for our 2 yr old it was a little uncomfortable as she sleeps hot.

Everything was just as described. Very nice place, with tons of toys for everyone. We did have a problem with fruit flies in the kitchen and the guest room comforter had a big stain. All in all it is a nice place in a great location.

Had a good time despite Hurricane. Condo was great, clean, all the amenities and nicely decorated. Multiple types of coffee makers and lots of dishes, silverware and pots/pans for eating and cooking. The only inconvenience was a leak in ceiling of master bedroom during hurricane and the flies are a little bothersome. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Kids and I loved this location! We are San Diego locals and wanted a summer staycation before kids start school. The place was very clean, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to the bay and beach. The outside patio is a nice touch to enjoy dinner and get to view the amazing fireworks from Sea World. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to return. The rental is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Plus there are bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas for your use all in great condition. The garage is conveniently located with a direct entrance into the rental. We really enjoyed the large front patio and bbq grill. It was easy to communicate with the owner, Connie. She was able to answer all our questions.

This property is so awesome and cute and offered everything we needed. It was easy to find and get to. So close to the beach just 2 blocks away and the bay just 1 block away. The bikes were perfect for afternoon rides. Also during the week that we stayed Christmas to New Years, Sea World had fireworks nightly and we had a perfect view from the rooftop deck. Communication with Connie was always prompt and her and her husband were always fast to help us with whatever we needed. Awesome place for friends or family to stay. Hopefully we’ll be able to come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The decor inside this place was great. Everything you need and more for a great stay. Bikes, boogie boards beach chairs & umbrellas. 30seconds from the bay and 90 seconds from the beach. Short walk to grocery store and shopping and restaurants. Hope to come again.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay. Close to both the beach and the bay. The house had all the amenities you need, even a private garage which is very comfortable around that area.

This was a great place to stay. Loved the location. Keep in mind that this property has no AC, but does have ceiling fans and floor fans. It did get hot inside.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 kids) vacation. It’s located just far enough away from the public parking areas which means less crowded beach areas on both the bay and ocean which are both a super short walk away. The designated parking and space in the home were definite pluses. Connie was very friendly and accommodating. Such a great trip made better by this property. Thank you Connie!

Didn’t realize there wasn’t any AC. Been to San Diego many times and never this humid or warm so didn’t check on that one. We made due. Showers could have used a good scrub. Great location though. Beds really comfortable. Loved using the bikes! Connie was very responsive along the way making the check in process a breeze even as late as we arrived we had no issues with her detailed process.

Overall, we had a great trip. The location of the property was perfect and was in between the bay and ocean. The beds were very comfortable. Everyday I had my coffee on the patio while enjoying the bay view. The property was stacked with beach umbrellas and chairs so it was perfect! I would definitely stay at this property again.

Connie’s property is absolutely perfect for a family to be close to the beach and enjoy beautiful San Diego. The bikes were so much fun!! We were celebrating my daughters college graduation, and this house was just the right setting. Private patio was great too! Connie is very prompt if you have any question too. Definitely will be back!!

Great for traveling with young children. Mission Beach and Mission Bay are great for little kids to play in sand and wade in the water and are both so close. Lots of beach toys. Close to everything else, too (short drive to SeaWorld, Zoo, etc.). Loved having a garage, great park in walking distance, etc. Thank you!

The home is well stocked with everything you could need, we used the grill and also did some baking. There is an excess of remotes in the living room & bedrooms, kinda hard to figure out. Great location, right between the bay & the beach, a few min walk to Belmont Park. Parking is tough, but they do have a garage. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend.
