The warmer days make the ocean temperature perfect to walk right in , the days are longer and the island and restaurants are far less crowded than during the busy Peak Season months. In July, Marco Island hosts a Spectacular 4th of July Fireworks Display on Residents Beach. So consider booking any time all year round and make it "Your Own Season" on Marco Island ! Wake up to the most spectacular White Sand Beach and Direct GULF BEACHFRONT Water View. 7th Floor Unit overlooks the Pool from above. New Floor to Ceiling Sliders for you to enjoy the view and access the Balcony from your Bedroom and Living Areas. Enjoy the breathtaking Sunsets. Marco Island is truly a Paradise destination. The Tradewinds Condominium includes a Heated Pool and sundeck, Crossover Bridge to direct beach access, Shaded Tiki Huts with BBQ grills, Free Wireless Internet, Cable TV, Covered Parking, convenient Laundry Room on each Floor, Bicycle Racks, 1st Floor Cabana Bath, Library and Social Room. For your convenience Luggage and Shopping Carts are available for use. The Tradewinds Apartments has just completed an interior renovation project in 2022 which included painting, carpets, tile and lighting throughout and new lobby and social room furniture. We are the owners and self manage this property. The condo is kept updated and is ALWAYS professionally cleaned to our standard. We recently replaced both balcony sliding doors. Kitchen has new granite countertops and is equipped with dishware, glassware, toaster, coffee maker drip and pods, pots & pans, ironing board and iron. Master Bedroom is 1 King size bed. Living Room has a Queen Sofa Bed . Sleeps up to 4 comfortably in whichever way you prefer. Private Master Bath with an additional 1/2 Bath. The unit is equipped with fresh clean Sheets Blankets and Bath and Beach Towels. The condo also has Beach Chairs, Cart and an Umbrella for your convenience as well. No hassles of loading up the car for a day at the beach just walk right out the back door onto the beach. Relax and enjoy! On Marco Island relax on the beach, or sit by the pool, go shelling, rent bicycles, play golf or tennis, go fishing, Jet Skiing, Boating, Kayaking, Para sailing or just sit on the balcony and take it all in. You are in walking distance on Collier Blvd. or on the Beach to many Restaurants for Fine or Casual Dining. There's even a few Coffee Cafe's a short drive away . Shopping, Miniature Golf and the Movies are also available. Short 30 minute drive to downtown Naples area Restaurants and activities and the Naples Airport. The property is also 45 minutes from Ft Myers airport and 2 hours from Miami /Ft. Lauderdale area. The Keys best way via Key West Express boat. Have confidence in knowing that the unit is guaranteed by the owner/property manager to be Professionally Cleaned and turn key ready for each guest's arrival. Communication was an A+ from details for our arrival to meeting our TV needs. The building location and view was perfect. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. All in all we had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning next year.

The property was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and looking out at the beach every day. The owner was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The property was in a great location, close to restaurants and Publix. There was some work being done but the noise didn't bother us because we were outside during the day. I hope to go back there again.

The owners chose not to disclose the year long building renovations at this property to us, we arrived to a lot of drilling and grinding noise from balcony railings and concrete floors being replaced. Had we known we would not have booked due to my mental health issues regarding noise and we most certainly wouldn’t have paid the rate that we did. When we complained their response was focused more on what neighbours and previous guests said or didn’t say about any renovation noise rather than the simple fact that they didn’t inform us about it in the first place, therefore denying us an informed choice. We complained to VRBO who advised the owners should give us a full refund after we couldn’t agree adequate compensation with them if we were to stay. We received the refund five days after arrival, only then were we able to leave to find alternative accommodation. During this time the owners had spent days reaching out to other people about the noise and requesting evidence from us of the noise actually inside the apartment, all the time trying to downplay the issue. They just didn’t seem to grasp their initial failing in being transparent about the work in the first place.

View is amazing
The water pipes were being worked on, so very noisey and no water during the day. The carpet was being replaced and walls in hallway and elevator being painted.
Very inconvenient because of all the work going on.
The unit was awesome. Very clean and well stocked. The owners felt terrible that all that was going on during our stay. They did what they could to help and were very apologetic.
The view is awesome.

Happiness and Beach Bliss
Our stay at the Tradewinds in 703 was superb. The condo is beautifully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. Having access to all the beach equipment made it so easy to head off to the beach on a whim. The parking accommodations and security of the overall property is commendable. Besides being a nine iron to the beach, the location makes it a breeze to walk to some great restaurants and meet friends at other locations accessible from the beach. My heartfelt thanks to Susan and Danny for delivering on a Great Condo exactly described in the listing and a great Value in comparison to other properties nearby.

Great time on Marco Island
Stayed a month at the Tradewinds condo and had a great time. The condo is bit dated but was well kept and perfectly situated right on the beach. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The sunsets were spectacular and the view of the beach was breathtaking. The only negative, if you can call it that, is that it gets real hot on the balcony in the afternoons. Susan was very good to deal with and was quick to deal with every issues that we had. Marco Island was the best place we have been to in Florida and hope to return. If we do we would not hesitate to return to the Tradewinds condo 703.

Great time in Marco
We really enjoyed the condo and the Marco area. The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The view of the setting sun from the balcony was a treat every night. The condo has everything needed for a perfect beach stay. We had absolutely no problems with the wifi or tv as we have had in other condo rentals. The chairs and umbrella storage down the hall was very convenient. It was also nice having a covered parking spot for the car.
We enjoyed biking all over Marco. The weekly farmers market was quite an event. We would definately come back here.

Everything advertised on VRBO was a reality...the condo, the beach view, the access to wonderful walks and exploration. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about this property!
The condo was clean, spacious, and had a view to die for. It was stocked with everything you would need for the beach, including a cart to pull all your beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. It also had a full kitchen, so if you wanted to cook you could and the property had gas grills outside. The beach was beautiful and great for shelling , long walks, and swimming in the warm clear water. The condo building and property were also very well maintained. The grounds were well manicured, and the building and pool were spotless. The condo was tastefully decorated and the king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud. It also featured a smart TV which offered Netflix. We talked to Susan numerous times and she was great to work with. Everything went smoothly from checking in to the day we left. We ate at a lot of the local restaurants and enjoyed the happy hours that they featured. We also would walk down the beach to the JW Marriott and have drinks at their tiki bar. We biked threw the Everglades, only an hour and 15minutes away. We also went to Key West which was a 4 hour drive but a lot of fun as we stoped along the way at different tiki bars. We had a wonderful time and we are looking forward to returning to Marco and staying at Tradewinds 703.

What a lovely condo and area.
The condo was furnished very nicely, perfect. The view from the balcony was amazing. Everything we needed was furnished and more. All the guests, staff and owners were so friendly always willing to share tips about Marco Island.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am weitläufigen Strand, ist komfortabel ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts für einen erholsamen Strandurlaub. Die Vermieter sind sehr kooperativ und sorgen dafür, dass Probleme sofort gelöst und beseitigt werden. Würden diese Wohnung immer wieder mieten.

Outstanding experience
We found the condo to be clean, bright and very stylishly furnished with all the necessities provided (alongwith some extra amenities) to make you feel right at home. The owners of the condo were wonderful to work with and extremely responsive to any and all communication or needs.
The Tradewinds "community" was very welcoming and friendly, making you want to return again and again. When you add the gorgeous oceanfront view to the experience, our stay was outstanding.

Excellent Home, on a GREAT Beach, with Incredible Views
We were fortunate enough to be able to stay at this beautiful condo for 30 days. What an amazing view and incredible sunsets. This beach has to be one of the best beaches in Florida. The pictures posted here do not do the in person experience justice. It is so much better. The condo has all of the amenities you need, including beach chairs, umbrellas and all kitchen utensils and appliances. There are good restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, etc., and they are located very near to this property.
Book this one quickly, as it is in high demand. We hope to return to this condo on Marco Island in the very near future.

Love this condo. Clean, updated and equipped with everything you need. The owners made sure this was our home away form home and had everything we needed. My husband and I love Marco Island and hope to rent this condo again.
