Located in Marco Island, this charming condo for $113 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This Oceanfront Condo in the Admiralty House at 140 Seaview Court recently finished a complete remodel ! PLEASE take the virtual tour. There isn't a better way to see the property. It is a little confusing so if you are using a computer click on the virtual tour tab . The beach is only a few steps away while the views of the famous Marco Island sunset and beach can be seen from your own personal veranda. You will not believe the quality and workmanship in this newly renovated 2nd floor 2bd condo. When you stay here you will have all the amenities of home and more. Kitchen Kitchen includes custom quality maple cabinetry. This kitchen is outfitted with all of amenities you would expect in a high end home but now can be found in this very affordable vacation rental. Amenities include dovetail soft closing drawers that are all solid wood - no particle board. The cabinet itself is finished inside and out and again is made with solid Maple and solid maple plywood. At first sight you will notice the quality of this kitchen. The countertops are all Granite while there is a glass style backsplash that complements the granite and cabinets perfectly . In addition you will find over the counter LED lighting while your overhead light is also lit by LED light sources. Appliances are high end stainless steel . They include a Top end Kenmore stainless steel dishwasher Samsung smooth top convection stove along with an accompanying Samsung 1.6Cuft Microwave, Kenmore bottom drawer refrigerator /freezer Everything in this kitchen is new all the way down to the anodized pots and pans. Other amenities in this kitchen include a brand new Keurig k250 and a Frigidaire stainless steel coffee maker to give you choices , Frigidaire toaster, Cuisinart blender and food processor, ,Kitchen Aid heavy duty mixer , garbage disposal and pullout Moen stainless steel goose neck faucet. The dinning area is made up of a seagrass /glass table with 6 new seagrass chairs Family Room The first thing you will notice is the beautiful new hand-scraped hickory hardwood floors that span the entire living/dinning area. The living area consists of a new leather couch with a pull out bed. It also includes weathered /distressed tables , 2 seagrass chairs and is topped off with a hand looped rug which nicely ties all the decor together. The entertainment portion of this condo again will not be found in this price range . It includes a 42' LG LED HD TV. For the music lovers you will find a Bose 3-2-1 System . The sound and picture quality is unbelievable. To top off this great entertainment package one will find a a ROKU 2 unit ( Media Streaming) which allows you to watch movies from a variety of sources ( Red Box,Netflix, VUDU,etc) or listen to your own style of music on Pandora/Iheart Radio , a Bluetooth connection for Android/Iphone to the bose system and a New Fiber Optic WIFI which is also included as part of the overall entertainment package Bathroom Both bathrooms have been transformed and include high end cabinetry and matching mirrors. The faucet is a stainless steel wide spread made by Kohler . The flooring in both are brand new tile which match the overall decor. Included is a brand new Kohler showerhead which you can stream music from your iphone or ipad directly to the shower head. Enjoy those long showers while listening to your favorite music Master Bedroom Tommy Bahama Tropical bedroom( furniture and bed linens) is what you will find in this master bedroom. Includes a queen size bed, 2 night stand and a large dresser/armoire with matching bedding . For your sleeping comfort you will find a brand new Select Comfort P5 mattress. If you have never tried one you do not know what you are missing. Both you and your partner can control the comfort ( hard or soft) for your side of the bed with your own personalized controller . To top it off you have your own 32' LG LED HDTV with Apple TV which is mounted on the wall. There is a large custom closet with wood shelving to store additional clothing . Guest Bedroom This is my favorite room . It is a Bob Timberlake Salt aire collection. This is a rustic beach house theme and is decorated in blues beige and greens . Everything is coordinated and complement each other perfectly . For your comfort you will be sleeping in your own Select comfort ( Sleep Number )queen size bed. You and your partner can select your own number whether you like it firm while your partner likes it soft , each can have it their own way with a Select comfort bed. Again like the master bedroom you have a 24 inch LG LED TV with Amazon Fire TV mounted on the wall and a very large wood shelved custom closet . Other Sleeping accommodations Do you have your family visiting and need another bed , well we have thought of that also . We have provided a twin and queen size aero-beds . New in 2019 Brand new tinted sliders and windows throughout. Main room has double opening sliders so the opening expands to about 6 feet making the veranda part of the living space if you so desire Smart home options to control AC , lights, music . Provide Amazon echo spots in both bedrooms , amazon Echo in main room tied to Bose system , iPad at property for your personal use , brand new Yeti type cooler for the beach, a Dyson cordless vacuum and robot vacuum which can run while you are at the beach . . The smart home options have expanded to control all motorized window coverings , fans . This property is truly controlled by your voice commands If hot or cold in the middle of the night no need to get up .....all you do is ask Alexa to turn the temperature up or down Just ask Alexa to play your favorite music from an era or artist and it will play thru the Bose system or in the bedrooms. You can turn your bedroom lights on as soon as you walk in to the condo by simply asking Alexa turn on the master bedroom lights. Beach Equipment 4 Nautica beach sand chairs ,4 highboy chairs to give you plenty of flexibility and comfort. A Nautica beach umbrella, 3 soft sided coolers, a JBL Bluetooth Speaker and plenty of beach towels all available for your use. Balconies Front - Consist of 4 Bar height outdoor wicker chairs and table . Enjoy dinner watching the sunset. If you have not experienced a spectacular Marco Sunset you do not know what you are missing. Rear- Consist of 2 outdoor wicker chairs and side table outside of each bedroom. Access to a fabulous beach. The building is quiet, friendly and well kept. The condo is set up with everything you need for an extended stay and daily cooking, and the beds are very comfortable. Our favourite spot was the sofa for its view of the beach. The balcony is in shade until the late afternoon. The tech was lost on us except for the nice music system. Sadly, no bikes. We liked being on the 2nd floor and often used the stairs rather than wait for elevators.

Mr. Kacmarcik was attentive with any concerns we had. The condominium is exactly what is shone in the pictures. It was exceptionally well kept. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Magnificent stay in Marco Island
I wioke up every morning to the most amazing view of the beach and watched several breathtaking sunsets from the balcony. The owner is thorough in providing details and was very helpful through the entire process. I highly recommend this condo for a Marco Island get away. Close to all the restaurants and shops, and so many seashells!

We felt at home from the moment we entered. Upon arrival we met the woman who made sure the Condo was up to both her and the owners standards. She introduced herself and went out of her way to show us around. The place was spotless, and it was equipped with all the extras to ensure your needs are met. From chairs, towels, beach bags, coolers, umbrellas etc. and very good quality items.
We can’t say enough about Bob. This was our 3rd experience renting a property through VRBO and he made it all so easy. Responded to our questions and was there for anything we could have possibly wanted or needed, but didn’t! He is by far the best! Thanks Bob! We hope to return to this beautiful property again.

Our Sand, Sun, and Fun Get Away!
My husband and I spent our time soaking up the sun, enjoying the exquisite beach, property, and Condo. The Condo unit was just if not better than described. We felt at home from the moment we entered. Upon arrival we met the woman who made sure the Condo was up to both her and the owners standards. She introduced herself and went out of her way to show us around. The place was spotless, and it was equipped with all the extras to ensure your needs are met. From chairs, towels, beach bags, coolers, umbrellas etc. and very good quality items.
We can’t say enough about Bob. This was our 3rd experience renting a property through VRBO and he made it all so easy. Responded to our questions and was there for anything we could have possibly wanted or needed, but didn’t! He is by far the best! Thanks Bob! We hope to return to this beautiful property again.

My husband and I have travelled a lot and Florida has always been one of our favourite destinations. Most of our visits have been for a short stay before or after a cruise, but we’ve had extended stays in Orlando, Clearwater and Fort Lauderdale. Whenever we would get there, we would ask Floridians what their favourite part of Florida was and the popular answer was Marco Island.
I found this condo after many months of searching for the perfect spot to be our “Home Away From Home”. We arrived in the evening and everything around us was dark, but we had a night cap out on the balcony and could hear the ocean so it was still a wonderful welcome. The next morning when my husband woke me up after a long day of travel he said “you’re going to freak out when you see this view”. I have never sprung out of bed so fast and when I stepped on to the balcony I actually squealed!!
I had seen all of the photos many times but photos never really capture the true feeling. This condo is perfection!
The view of the beach is so beautiful, and the sunsets are simply amazing. We normally like to hang out at a pool until the sun goes down, but at Bob’s condo, we made sure to have a beverage in hand out on the patio to see the sun set each night.
Bob was a wonderful and gracious host. He made sure we were all set with our arrival instructions and as soon as I turned the key to enter the condo, my expeditions were exceeded. I love my own home very much, so staying anywhere else for more than a few days just isn’t the same. But at this condo, I wasn’t ready to leave after our 10 days!
It was perfectly equipped with every single thing we needed to cook our favourite dishes, and it was very very clean and incredibly inviting.
The location is excellent. We rented a car for our 10 days but likely won’t the next visit as everything is a short taxi ride away. 2 grocery stores within a 5 minute ride, a great pizza place Bob recommended just accross the street, and a very yummy breakfast and lunch spot a short walk away.
The quick drive of less than an hour from the airport in very minimal traffic is a bonus, and the constant temperate of 84-86 degrees in the pool was a delight! Yes, this condo complex has a lot of rules, but they are common sense and we appreciated how they are geared toward relaxing, calmness and respect.
I will absolutely be coming back again and again. Thanks for sharing your piece of Heaven on earth with us, Bob!

Our family has used VRBO for 10 years and I’ve never been as impressed with the accuracy of a listing. This property is as over the top as described with its owner, Mr. Kacmarcik, being easy to contact and extremely accommodating. Beautifully decorated, the attention to detail was beyond expectation. Mr. Kacmarcik provides everything a vacationer would need from beach chairs, umbrella, towels and coolers to any kitchen utensil or small appliance imaginable. The building itself was gorgeous and the staff we spoke with was friendly and helpful. I realize we were visiting during the area’s slow season, but could not have imagined such a quiet, relaxing experience. There were never more than eight people at the pool (rarely more than two or three!) and the chairs were super comfy with lots of shade provided if needed.
I cannot say enough about our stay at the Admiralty House and recommend this property to anyone in search of a peaceful beach getaway with everything imaginable at your fingertips!

Not only is Marco Island a great place to escape a long winter, but Admiralty House and Bob's condo make it so you don't want to leave. Everything is always clean, well equipped and we love the views. His beach accessories make spending a day at the beach perfect. Inside the condo, it's easy to feel at home the first day you arrive.

We had a wonderful first visit to Marco Island and this condo was largely the reason why. From it's great location to it's beautiful views, it was spectacular!
The condo is wonderfully decorated and the owner has supplied excellent quality linens, utensils and beach supplies.
This has been one of our best experiences from beginning to end.

Beautiful stay!
Can’t beat Marco beach and this condo has amazing sunset views! Very tastefully decorated, electronic upgrades are amazing, everything you need to make beach living easy and comfortable. The condo is supplied with top quality linens, kitchenware, furniture, and beach items. The unit is very quiet. The grounds and pool are immaculate. It was our pleasure to work with Bob, he is an excellent owner, and very attentive to any questions we had! We highly recommend this unit as we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 month stay! Thanks for making it a paradise!

Great Place
My wife and I just finished a great stay in this condo at Admiralty House in Marco Island. The condo is in super condition. All the added items you need for a wonderful month in the sun. The owner was very responsive to any questions about the new technologies added to the condo . The view from the balcony is spectacular both in the morning and evening when the sun is setting. Building under construction. Floors covered in paper. Drywall dust and debris in abundance. Spacious bedrooms, living room and gallery kitchen very close quarters and over accessorized. Nice pool.

Stunning views; decorator's touch
This condo is stunning! Clearly, it has a decorator's touch - we loved the coastal theme throughout the condo. The views of the gulf from the balcony were spectacular - we took advantage of the views in the morning with coffee and in the evening for sunset. The beach at this building is also HUGE - it was nice for walking and running - not very many people took advantage of the beach so it was very private. We also felt very safe at this condo - security is very important here. The pool area was kept spotless and there were plenty of chaise loungers to select from. I know this is a quiet time of year and we felt as if we had the entire complex to ourselves. Bob is also amazing to work with - very detailed in instructions he provides and very responsive to questions. I wish all of the VRBO members were as responsive! We had asked if there was any red tide before our trip and Bob even sent us photos to show us the gulf! My husband and I absolutely loved everything about this condo - from the granite countertops to the remodeled bathrooms - the flooring throughout was beautiful and we felt right at home. I can't say enough about this condo - I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay on Marco. That is a double-edged sword though - we would like to keep it all to ourselves :-). We will most definitely be back to this piece of paradise!

Perfect Piece of Paradise
This is the second year that we have stayed in this condo and it is everything it says and more. Beautiful views, upgrades galore, and an Owner who is wonderful to work with. Bob has done a great job of thinking of anything and everything you could need to make your vacation relaxing. From upgraded TV and Stereo to Sleep Number beds to small appliances and beach goodies. All you need is your swim suit and a drink in your hand and you are ready to go. The complex is quiet, and at this time of year, we pretty much had the pool to ourselves. It is a little bit of a hike out to the ocean, but well worth it. I was told by a local that Cape Marco keeps bringing in sand as it washes away, and that sand keeps heading north to the Tigertail area, creating more and more beach, putting the condos in this area farther away from the ocean. Such a shame. But nonetheless, I would highly recommend this beautiful condo/complex for your next vacation!

Wonderful condo!
This was our 7th stay on Marco and this was the best condo we have rented. The owner was helpful and quick to respond. Beds are comfortable, furniture is nice, views are gorgeous. The location on the beach is ideal. The area of beach is not crowded and it is not far from Tigertail. There is everything you need for preparing meals and for a day at the beach. Will most definitely stay here again.

Perfect, quiet location directly on the beach. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed and more including beach chairs, umbrella etc. We loved the condo- everything is updated and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend it to others and would love to visit again :-)

An amazing condo with a spectacular view!
This amazing condo is beautifully decorated and wonderfully equipped. It has everything you need to go to the pool or beach. But what I love the most is the view from the balcony...the beach and sunsets were spectacular! We had a great 2 months here at Marco Island.

Property was well maintained, exceptionally clean and was equipped with current electronics .
My wife and I stayed there for most of the month of January 2018. The owner, Bob, lives in New Hampsher however he was readily available by phone and email to us when we had questions. The condo had no sign of damage from the hurricane that ravaged Florida last fall. The Admiralty House did suffer some damage but there were lots of repair folks working hard to bring it back to normal. The condo has a great view from the balcony over looking the Gulf of Mexico. The place was equipped with everything you need. Just move in, bring your sun screen and enjoy. We will definitely go back to this condo in the future. Jim and Suzie

We rented this condo for a friends getaway and couldn't have been happier. From the minute we arrived everything was great. This condo has every amenity you would ever need and Bob has thought of every technology you could ever need. The condo is perfect from comfortable beds to a fully equipped kitchen for cooking in and enjoying a relaxing evening on the patio. He has everything you need for a perfect day at the beach including towels, chairs and accessories. Bob checked in on us upon arrival welcoming us and making sure we had everything we needed and on our last night wished us well and thanked us for staying. This property is immaculate and well decorated, you feel like your home. Can't wait to rent this property again!!! Thanks Bob for everything, you made our girls trip memorable.

Memorable, relaxing stay in Marco Island
This condo is exactly as it is stated in the listing. Bob is a super person to work with. Very helpful and easy to get ahold of if any question or problem arose. Décor is spot on, kitchen is full of all kinds of helpful gadgets for anyone who knows their way around a kitchen and loves to cook. Sleep number is a plus (we have one at home so selecting our "number" was easy). Plenty of towels, beach towels, stuff to use at the beach, blankets, pillows of all sorts, free laundry facilities (which is a big help in being able to take home clean clothes and to help out the cleaning crew by washing all towels up prior to leaving!). Nicely set not far from restaurants (Joey's has fantastic pizza!). Pool is nice, but a lot of mosquitos (I hear it's been a bad year this year so maybe the condo company needs to spray more for them??) but no pool toys nothing allowed and not many people are there at any time either (this is a good thing). Kind of just have to wade around. Beach is about 350 steps from sea grass but nice PRIVATE beach, tons of space to spread out and enjoy yourself.
I will say honestly this is one of the best VRBO rentals I have ever vacationed at. Everything was smooth. I would definitely rent again with the reservation of my children coming (ages 4, 13 & 16). The building condo itself is spotless which is fantastic. The people that run the hotel are not very kid friendly. I fully understand the pool rules (and not all people keep their kids behaved these days so take that in mind as well) and the lengthy list of rules but these people have either never had children or forget about what being a kid at the beach is like. I am not saying that they don't welcome children but it just feels like we were being watched constantly, waiting for that one misstep. THIS HOWEVER IS NO REFLECTION ON BOB AND HIS CONDO! The security guards are very nice gentlemen and will give you a friendly heads up if you may be walking the line ;). Overall I would gladly do business with Bob again it was a wonderful relaxing stay.

We have been to Marco several times. Our last stay was by far our Best! This condo has everything. Love Love Love! Everything you need for the beach, fully stocked kitchen, high tech sound system and decorated so beautifully. Bob was great to work with! Thank you for a memorable week! We will definitely be back!
