This was the perfect location for a beach getaway! The property has direct beach access, making it easy to come and go throughout the day. The rental was spacious and worked perfectly for my husband, our two teens, and me.Although the bedroom is located near the elevator, we didn't experience any noise issues. The size of the complex was ideal as well—there were never long waits for the elevator, the on-site staff was friendly, and the property was clean and well maintained.During our stay, the dishwasher needed to be replaced due to a previously scheduled repair. The staff was courteous, notified us before entering the unit, and completed the replacement with minimal disruption.The only issue we encountered was a broken bed frame. We notified the host, who acknowledged the problem, apologized, and was responsive to our concern, which we appreciated.One small suggestion would be to add a curtain to the bedroom window, as the light from the exterior walkway shines into the room at night. Even so, it didn't disrupt our sleep.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall stay was good. Only part I didn’t like was the text saying if the parking pass is not on your counter, come to the office. Go to the office and lady said that they never leave parking passes in the rooms. Then it was $50.00. Why send the text stating “if the parking pass is not in the room, come to the office”?

Just off surgery wife and I needed a getaway and enjoyed the accommodations and the are. Regular visitors to the area and had a great stay and view.

View was great. Access to elevator was awesome. Bathroom was on horrible shape. Besides needing an overall bleaching top to bottom, needs new toilet seat, new shower curtain, hand towel rack, and exhaust fan. Kitchen didnt have adequate utensils. 2 forks, drinking glasses broken, measuring cup broken, no hot pads.
