Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest. PARKING Your parking pass(es) must be purchased at the front counter of Island Winds East upon arrival. It's important to keep in mind that during holidays, special event dates, and the prime season, only one parking pass is available per unit. My boyfriend and I book this condo for a relaxing beach getaway. It was perfect! The condo was really clean. It was the perfect location, beachfront, just steps away from the beach! The perfect view from the balcony to drink your morning coffee!! We were able to walk most places we wanted to go. Definitely recommend this condo!

Everything was amazing. I definitely hope this place will be available if we do come back to gulf shores. The only thing is the kitchen sink stopper was a lil hard to get out but overall great stay.

We were very pleased with our VRBO accommodations. Everything promised was included, no unusual surprises. View off balcony was spectacular! Loved the closeness to the beach. The cooking utensils and pans were plentiful and in excellent shape. The bed was very comfortable. We had a very relaxing time and felt there was good value for what we paid. Just a few suggestions: we brought our own beach towels as advised and glad we did for sitting on the beach. For a one week stay, we would suggest bringing at least one additional roll of toilet paper. Just one is provided. It would have been nice to have ice trays, but a bag of ice is readily available on the main floor for purchase. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks again for a very comfortable stay.

The condo was nice, but small and the bedroom is open to the whole condo. Best for 2 people anymore would be a tight fit. I have 2 complaints: not being able to check in til 4 instead of 3, and the extremely rude office staff to issue the parking pass. Ms. Elena in the office was completely rude to every question I asked. I was asking simple questions about the property and she answered every question so rudely. My husband even responded to her saying “she just had a question”.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location was great and right on the beach. For the money we paid for it we definitely would not stay again. Much updating is definitely needed. The couch is very outdated, worn out and terribly uncomfortable, felt like you were sitting on the floor the couch was so saggy. In the pictures it also showed a rocking chair, but there was none. We had another couple stop by and the only place they could sit were the 2 chairs at the snack bar. The seats were very wobbly when sitting on them. We tightened the screws, but it did not help. Would be nice to have shelves or something in the one closet that there was to be able to set your luggage or bags onto. We used the awkward backless chairs from the kitchen tables for that. The tv set was extremely small, pretty sure not what was shown in pictures. Definitely need a new wash machine, there was only one load size on the tiny wash machine. You were lucky if you got 12" of water, so it took quite a few loads to do the wash. The lint was blowing out all over on the top of the dryer. We took the white plastic compartment off at the top of the dryer and cleaned it out. There was still lint blowing all over out of the top. The clothes inside the dryer also had lint on it even though we also cleaned out the screen on the inside of the dryer.
(We have a pull out couch ourselves and the seating when bed not in use is very firm and comfortable.)

The condo could have been cleaner, especially since the cleaning fee is so much. The property manager lacked in communication. Two barstools, very poor quality that could not be sat on. Lack of towels in the property (2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 kitchen towel for a 3 day stay, is absurd. Ice maker does not work.
Was informed (and site says) parking pass IS INCLUDED, which is untrue. We paid an additional $30 for a park pass. Overall the property is overpriced for its value. Would not rent this or any other property managed by this company.
