Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Our view was absolutely AMAZING!! We loved every minute. The rooms were very nice and clean. Our host was Brett was awesome. Always got back with us promptly. Loved that there was a washer and dryer in the room. Can’t wait to stay again.

Definitely needs updated. The shower curtain was moldy. The bedroom TV was not a smart TV so couldn’t get streaming. The view was absolutely breath taking. The pool was average. Over all for the price it was awesome. Thank u. Will be visiting again.

Overall, the stay was good. The unit is just dated. It's been a long time since we stayed somewhere that didn't have USB ports throughout the unit for charging electronics. Also, the 4 chairs on the balcony were awful. Two were cracked and could not be used, and the other two were so rusted, you couldn't sit in them without using something to cover the rust. We feel, for the money paid, the amenities would be better. For less than 200-300, a few lamps with USB's and some new outdoor chairs/table could be purchased for this unit and it would be great. We asked the front desk if any charging blocks were available to purchase in their little shop and was told no....Dollar General would have them. Being the EMA Director for our county, it required us to leave the condo shortly after arrival and go to 3 different locations to locate the proper charging blocks. It was just a little aggravating and had we known up front, we could have made sure to bring charging blocks. As for the chairs on the balcony.....it was just a little disheartening not being able to sit on the balcony early morning or evenings and enjoy sunrises and sunsets together.
