Situated in Siesta Beach, this attractive condo for $132 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Barb's Three Wishes! He asked what her three wishes would be if they went to Siesta Key. She replied... 1. A beautiful pool to swim in. 2. Soft, white sands to walk in. 3. Glorious sunsets to marvel at. Wishes granted!! Let yours be, as well! This second floor condo offers everything you need for a relaxing, luxurious vacation. Kitchen was remodeled in 2019 and leather furniture was purchased in 2020. Picture yourself lazing in the 18 foot screened lanai, overlooking the water and boat docks. Stroll among 14 acres of lush landscaping, grab a game at our onsite tennis courts, or lounge by the sparkling heated swimming pool. And, of course, you must visit the famous 'white powder' quartz sands of Siesta Key's Crescent Beach. Private access is provided right across the street. Pleasantly furnished with all the amenities of home, this condo provides comfort, relaxation, and convenience for up to 4 adults.The kitchen has just been updated with new cabinets, granite countertops and appliances. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds. There is a sofa bed (full)for additional sleepers. Internet service is provided within the unit and it offers three flat screened tvs. Restaurants and shopping facilities are a five minute walk and several more are just a short drive to Siesta Village with its many open air restaurants and beach boutiques. 80% of the condos on Siesta Key have no view. They overlook rooftops, parking lots and driveways. Those that are gulf front have no view at night because it is pitch black. Our daytime view is of the boat docks, lagoon, the pool. At night this area is beautifully lit up with low voltage lighting. 90% of the condo complexes do not have any green spaces. Ours has plenty of glorious vegetation that is constantly being replenished and beautified. Our newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and there is a great barbecue area. Checkout nearby golf facilities and the many Florida tourist attractions--all within short driving distance. Beautiful pool has a new enlarged seating area. A new observation deck overlooks the intracoastal waterway. Video cameras are on site to provide safety and security. Siesta Beach is ranked No. 1 in Trip Advisor's third annual Traveler's Choice Awards. It also is one of nine Florida beaches that made the cut among the top 25 destinations. Siesta Beach jumped to the top spot after finishing No. 3 in the 2014 rankings. Make your wishes come true!!

Property and complex is great. Unit was well stocked and had everything we needed except coffee filters. Pool and complex was great. Only downfall is that the unit is across the main road from the beach. (First world problems). Siesta key is very nice and we enjoyed our stay!

Pool 4* beach 4* close to everything 4*...unit well equipped with lots of extras...only compaint was Hurricane Idalia jammed in the middle of the week...thanks for the stay Barb

Barbara's condo was just what we needed. It had all of the comforts of staying in a home, with the conveniences of staying in a hotel. This unit had very easy access to the beach, with a nice pool also available. It was clean and well stocked, even had beach chairs and an umbrella! We hope to come back!

We were blessed to find this unit. It was the perfect location with a beautiful view from the Lanai and easy access to the beach. I wish we could have rented it next year but we can understand why it’s booked. We did find another place to rent and look forward to returning in 2024.

The condo was beautiful, well-equipped, and nicely decorated. The owner was accessible and accommodating. We enjoyed the beach, pool, pickleball courts, bike riding on the nearby Legacy Trail, and golf. The resort met all of our needs for a relaxing yet eventful vacation.

The condo at siesta key was great, great balcony overlooking marina, all the rooms in the condo were nice size, location was short walk to shopping and restaurants. The beach was a short walk across street. Laundry facility was right by condo and swimming pool as well. Thanks for the great stay!

Barb was exceptional at communicating! Great Host. Property was right across from beach access. Beautiful view of the Intercoastal from the patio. Great location and close to so much! We didn't want to leave! The condo grounds were beautiful and everyone was so nice.

My family very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. The property itself is very nice and has all you need for a comfortable stay including some beach gear. Also an excellent location close to the pool and just a short pleasant walk to the best beach in the US across the street. The owner touched base during our stay to ensure all was well which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend this property.

This was our second visit to siesta key!! We love this beach and staying at the midnight cove ll!! The property is so well kept and my kids love the basketball and cornhole! We used the grills this time which was great!! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed! The screened in porch was great for morning coffee! We even got to see manatees in the marina! Barbara was wonderful to deal with and was very fast to respond with any questions we had! We highly recommend kayaking through the mangroves and fishing with chasin' tail charter! We will definitely be back!!

Great condo, beautiful lanai with nice view. Quiet, except for maintenance crews starting at 8 am. Pool was nice, very comfortable king bed. Perfect location. Everything you need is there!

Barbara and Lawrence are great to deal with. They respond to any inquiries quickly. Their condo is equipped with a nice supply of dishes and cookware, games and videos for the kids and a storage closet full of beach supplies. It is a very comfortable place to stay. Private access to the beach is across the street. There is a pool and a dock to fish. Laundry facilities and a workout room is close to the unit. I will definitely rent from them again. It was my first time renting a place and Barb made it very easy.

The condo was equipped with all the necessities and had some nice extras such as coolers, a rack to hang bathing suits and species. It was comfortable and cozy, it could use some new pillows in the master bedroom. We enjoyed the pool since the beach was experiencing red tide. We would love to comeback.

This place had everything we could possibly need. The view from the lanai was lovely. The only thing you may need is a small table fan for the lanai which we had. The location was perfect and would definitely stay here again.

821F could not have been more perfect for our 2 week stay. Easy walk to beach, pool, restaurants, etc. We loved the area and already booked at Midnight Cove II for the same time next year!The beach was amazing and we met so many nice people at the complex. Thanks Barb & Larry!
