This second floor condo offers everything you need for a relaxing, luxurious vacation. Kitchen was remodeled in 2019 and leather furniture was purchased in 2020.
Picture yourself lazing in the 18 foot screened lanai, overlooking the water and boat docks. Stroll among 14 acres of lush landscaping, grab a game at our onsite tennis courts, or lounge by the sparkling heated swimming pool. And, of course, you must visit the famous 'white powder' quartz sands of Siesta Key's Crescent Beach.
Private access is provided right across the street.
Pleasantly furnished with all the amenities of home, this condo
provides comfort, relaxation, and convenience for up to 4 adults.The kitchen has just been updated with new cabinets, granite countertops and appliances. The
Master Bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds. There is a sofa bed (full)for additional sleepers.
Internet service is provided within the unit and it offers three flat screened tvs.
Restaurants and shopping facilities are a five minute walk and several more are just a short drive to Siesta Village with its many open air restaurants and beach boutiques.
80% of the condos on Siesta Key have no view. They overlook
rooftops, parking lots and driveways. Those that are gulf front have
no view at night because it is pitch black. Our daytime view is of
the boat docks, lagoon, the pool. At night this area is beautifully lit up with low voltage lighting.
90% of the condo complexes do not have any green spaces. Ours has plenty of glorious vegetation that is constantly being replenished and beautified.
Our newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and there is a great barbecue area.
Checkout nearby golf facilities and the many Florida tourist attractions--all within short driving distance.
Beautiful pool has a new enlarged seating area. A new observation deck overlooks the intracoastal waterway.
Video cameras are on site to provide safety and security.
Siesta Beach is ranked No. 1 in Trip Advisor's third annual Traveler's Choice Awards. It also is one of nine Florida beaches that made the cut among the top 25 destinations.
Siesta Beach jumped to the top spot after finishing No. 3 in the 2014 rankings.

The location was wonderful! We loved walking across to Crescent beach, and we preferred this beach over Siesta beach or Turtle beach. The A/C kept up great! The bed was very comfortable and we were happy a box fan was available for sleeping/noise. The covered parking was nice to have! We could have used an extra washcloth or two for the whole week. Plenty of towels and beach towels! We noticed the island drawers are sadly not in good shape for being updated in 2019. It’s obviously a bit dated in general, but very comfortable and homey! We found most anything we really needed there. The recliners are so comfortable! The kitchen faucet seems to be seized, so can’t rotate it from one sink to another, but it does have a retractable hose at the end of it, which helps. Beach chairs are available which is nice, but they are older and rusty and are broke in a couple places. There is not an actual deadbolt on the front door which would make me feel a bit better in general, but it has a keypad door lock. Overall I would gladly stay here again!! It felt safe and we felt very at home at Barb and Larry’s condo!! -Gail H.

Condo was in ok condition. The main sink was missing a stopper and the patio door latch was very difficult to operate so we were forced to leave it unlocked for our stay. The patio/balcony overlooked the boat docks and pool - very peaceful - but it was full of sand. The grounds were well kept and quiet but the area/location was in a busy/loud section of the town. We heard lots of car noise and sirens. The condo is located across the street from crescent beach and you need a code to access the path between other properties and the beach. The ocean front properties are extremely strict with beach boundaries so we ended up liking other beach locations (turtle & siesta key) better. There are a few restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and the pool was heated and nice. Kudos to the owners for great communication!

Yes on the pool.no on the kitchen pans .turned oven on whent up in smoke had to leave for a hour.and the bed had big dipes.but we don't go to florida for the rooms.we survived
