Family run business that are very friendly. Spacious sized rooms. The breakfast was pretty good although not a Buffett style like most other breakfast included motels in Vietnam.
Unfortunately the description of the ‘Villa’ (motel rooms) was not what we expected. We booked for 8 adults and 5 children and thought we had a private Villa with 5 bedrooms. It was actually 5 motel rooms. I’ve attached the description. The motel is clean and the rooms are very spacious so perfect for couples singles etc our children had to sleep in a different motel room and they are young so not ideal.

The host family was excellent. So friendly and welcoming. The room was just what we needed. It was very clean and had a very comfortable king bed, a large balcony which was mostly in the shade, an excellent shower, perfectly functioning air-conditioner, a small fridge and ample room for our bags and clothes. Breakfast was a choice of six options. Between us we stuck to the omelette, pho and bahn mi, which were always tasty.
Occasionally the internet lagged. It seemed to be when lots of people were staying. But mostly it wasn't too much of an issue.

My god - location perfect basically half way between old town and an bang beach! $2 aus grab ride either way- then you have tan and his family who would help out every time! I had dental work done and tan would take me to dentist and speak to staff on my behalf and afterwards to pharmacy! The room spacious and clean with nice balcony pool.small but nice to cool down - breakfast basic but dekicious!
