Staff were very friendly and kind.
Good location, but of a walk to main area along a busy road.
Pool was lovely and clean.
Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
TV with Netflix was a great bonus
Aircon didn’t work for our entire stay.
Sun loungers could do with being replaced.
Has dated a bit since the picture were taken, could do with a spruce up.

It was very clean and quiet but still close walk to the main areas. The staff were so helpful with booking activities, taxis & so kind to us.

Breakfast is fine, pre-order the day before. Coffee needs to be hotter, freshly squeezed orange juice was very nice.
Host is a very pleasant chap. Rooms are big.
It's quite a distance from Hoi an central and its noisy in the mornings.
