All of us were really pleased about everything here, especially the big bathroom. We will come next time.

Location
Constant street noise distracted whole night (even though it was said in the Booking.com the rooms have sound proofing). We had a suite with balcony, so you might expect better quality in this regard.
The bar and restaurant were closed.
We needed to check out at 6 am to be on time at the railway station and we were promised breakfast boxes by then. We were at the front desk at 5.55 am only to notice the receptionist was sleeping on the floor behind his desk. Our driver came on time and we already packed our luggage in the car, but we needed to cancel the ride since no breakfast boxes were ready. Had to wait 15 mins and book another car to pick us up. No apologies were presented whatsoever.
Funny that we get tens of feedback requests from every stays reserved via Booking.com, but not from this hotel.
