cheap place near the beach, staff was good. room didn't have certain necessity things only.

the was comfortable

microwave did not work, no curtain in the shower, no table and chairs to set things down or sit.

If you’re expectations are low you’re fine

I like how close it is to the beach everything walking distance

It’s either in the middle of being renovated or clearly needs to be. Dressers are gutted, they didn’t clean behind the sink or toilet and the bedding had holes in it.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

horrible customer service. I booked 3 king rooms 2 weeks in advance and as I arrived after driving 3 hours they told me they didn’t have any rooms for me!

I'd rather sleep in the front seat of my car.

Cleanliness of the room was less than desirable. Shades didn't work, so the outside light blasted into the room all night. Electric power went out during the night, so there was no heat.

I don't think we will be staying here again.

The power was off when we got to our room around 10pm. Only had 1/2 roll of TP. Shower curtain had mildew. No wash rags. Had to wrestle with the fridge to get it open/close. No lamps or phone.

I like how close to the pier we were. That's it...

The bathroom sink didn't work our TV didn't work no towels and we paid for the suit. It was ridiculous we had 4 guest in total and there was only one roll of toilet paper. The beds are old and lumpy. I'll never come back to this crappy hotel

Very poor

The staff was very friendly an helpful. But on my first night there were homeless ppl under the room in the crawl space then someone was in the Call space in the attic Very Sketchy.

guys do not stay here. Don’t waste your money it’s not worth it. Don’t set yourself up for failure.

The only thing good about this property is the location

I am requesting a full refund for our stay for January 28, 2023. Our bathroom door was broken and had a hole in it with paint over the hole. It wouldn’t close because it was so messed up the blanket on one of the beds had a very apparent urine and feces stain. I didn’t sleep all night because the metal under the bed every time I breathe and it made a noise and at 6:30 AM on January 29, 2023. The power went out in the whole facility but the surrounding facilities all have power and porch lights. The smoke detector or, for the lack there of made me feel even more safe as I was in the corner room with no where to go if there was a fire and no way to know. I didn’t have toilet paper to wipe my ass. For the price of the room this is unacceptable.

Despite friendly staff and great location, price does not measure up to the condition of the room. W

I could see that they were in the process of remodeling; new laminate flooring- which was great. The office staff was VERY friendly. The motel location was GREAT. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do.

I have never paid so much for a room and to have it unfinished ( not all walls painted, baseboards incomplete, no outlet covers, no hangers to hang clothes in closet, mold on shower curtain and window sil, bed was seriously unsupported and made major squeaking sound when you moved, pool unavailable for use…

Lackluster

Air conditioning worked well.

Pool was drained, ice machine was broken, no towels hooks, mattress was different size than bed frame, no luggage rack, furniture didn’t fit in the room, no extra toilet paper

Friendly stuff in the office is what makes me not regretting of booking at this place. Anytime customer service is bad will ruined my stay. Keep up the good work

Provide water hose outside so your visitors can watch off the sands before entering the rooms

Heater and air conditioner, walking distance to the beach and shops. Also walking distance to a 7-11 for coffee.

It was great for the price. Staff were very friendly . Felt very safe there alone. It was older and some work that needs to be done but overall i would stay there again

it was close to the beach

the shower curtain was molded the toilet seat broken and their was dog hair everywhere smelled like wet dog
