I like that it was right by the beach. The location was great. The room was also clean.

I got the room because it was an ADA room, and I am on crutches. I wanted to be able to take a shower, which, for me, is a luxury right now as I can not get into my own shower. The bench for the ADA was not secured to the wall, so I was not able to shower since I can't stand for long. Also, the floor was extremely slippery. I almost fell multiple times as my crutches kept sliding out from under me, causing my knee to hyper extend. It is very frustrating to pay such a huge amount for only being able to use the bed.

Weekend getaway

The staff was very nice, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The beach was right outside our front door. Literally walking distance from everything. We could sit outside our room and check out the beach. And so reasonably priced. It was perfect.

Great location right next to the pier and the ocean. A bunch of restaurants right around the corner.

the booking description said there was a pool. there was no pool, the upstairs rooms were being ridiculously loud. the rooms weren’t horrible but kind of small.

Good one night stopover. On the beach. Clean simple rooms. Free parking.

The location was great. On the beach and close walking distance to restaurants and bars. Clean simple comfy rooms.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel but there was building work going on behind it so a little noise from that.

Closeness to the pier, beach access, restaurants, and shops. The Jr. suite room was very roomy and comfortable with a separate bedroom with a door. The queen room and Jr suite were clean.

The room with a queen bed was small. Tight to walk around the bed. Small refrigerator was on the floor with a coffee tray on top. There is no chair inside the room, but patio chairs are outside to the front of the rooms. In the small room, the one side of the queen bed seemed to be lowered on the other side, and the mattress was very soft.

Owners very nicely gave us one of the best rooms overlooking the pier and beach because of a mixup with Booking.com regarding a promised upgrade.

location is great and distance to everything is awesome!

walking distance to everything! room was clean. cleaning ladies were nice and informative about the room! guy at front was kind of rude/snarky but was nice to offer me 2 different rooms! :)

construction was going on all day, lots of noise. beds were not comfy but location was great. cold shower, no warm water!

We didn’t get to enjoy Pismo as much as we wanted to due to weather but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and stay at Dolph

Great Location! Walking distance to Pier, shops and restaurants!

There wasn’t anything to dislike regarding the property. We had weather and power problems but it was beyond property control!

Nice place at reasonable price for off-season travel.

Our second stay at this hotel, which is for one night enroute to LA. The facility is older and well-used but well maintained. Staff is welcoming and helpful. No extra charge for parking and downtown, dining and beach is only a few steps away.

Not so happy this time!

I liked the view,

I didn't like not having a table, chairs, closet, enough outlet to accommodate everything, and that there were aunts and when runing the shower the water ran to the door of the bathroom.
